We wanted someone who could handle all aspects of the sale knowing we wouldn't be present. After reading other reviews and seeing how he has worked with several out of town sellers, and then speaking with him directly, we knew he was the right person! The first thing he did was hook us up with a handyman (who not only did a great job, but also in record time). He installed new LVP flooring, painting, installed countertops and more. After completion, Christian scheduled a house cleaner and then a photographer to promote the property. We got the house on the market in about 3 weeks with beautiful pictures and it sold immediately and it closed in 25 days.
