Highway Robbery Walked in for Roses. The florists brought me to the cooler which displayed a variety of Roses and informed the Rose price is $3.50 each. I asked for 5 roses. I then asked for white flowers to go with it. The florist suggested baby's breath. The baby's breath had 3-5 stems spreading off the main stem. I told the florist to cut one and use to add a slight touch to the 5 Roses. The florist asked if I'd like them wrapped I declined and said I have a wedding and I am just placing them inside the car so my passengers can grab them if they'd like. The florist asked to bunch together again. She confirmed they would be separate. I agreed $3.50 per rose I'm ready to hand $25 in cash At the register the florist said $43!! (This is for 5 roses, and ( 1) baby's breath stem) "Breakdown" $3.50 each Rose, instead of cutting a baby's breath (as mentioned) they used a bunch of stems for each rose and charged $2.50 each baby's breath. Roses and baby's breath ($30) they had the audacity to add a 35%!!! service charge!!! This is a florist. Service fee?? Be honest about the price and don't jump it up at the register! Once you're honest the customers will be happy and you'll receive Tips$$$ Glad I don't live anywhere near here. If you go make sure to confirm the price several times!!!! read more

When you're a guy who messes up as frequently as I, you sort of need a variety of florists, jewelry stores, candy shops, and, potentially, Sleeper sofa retail stores on standby in case of emergency. However, this particular occasion was simply a "just because" floral delivery to my girlfriend...and, happily, I think I got myself a "Get Out of a Mess Free" card. My initial order was via their website. It was easy to navigate, the selection was impressive, and I found the price of the flowers generally reasonable for the area. I was able to upgrade my order (I like to think ahead) and personalize a card to surprise my fempanion on a busy day. While there wasn't any time frame provided when I initially ordered, there was an option for quicker delivery (for an additional charge). As the day progressed, I was able to call the store directly and get a general idea of when the flowers would arrive. Fortunately, they made it there before the end of the work day. My fempanion sent this picture. It is definitely different than the picture, for which I was grateful as I had paid for an upgrade. The flowers were fresh, the delivery was courteous and professional, and my card was a hit. I am so grateful for this experience and would enthusiastically recommend them in the future. read more

Very dissapointed in the flowers I received here. I ordered lillies and daisies with a bigger focus on the lillies and making everything pink. To their credit, the daisies were very nice and have lasted a long time. The lillies I got however were almost dead, and the unbloomed ones that came with all shriveled up and died. The heads literally fell off so they never bloomed at all. The unbloomed flowers are usually the best part because there is more to come. Sadly, we had lillies which died quickly and the the unbloomed died as well. Flowers are really expensive so I'm very dissapointed in this bundle I got. The store is conveniently open til 6, and it really is a nice looking store with friendly staff, but I'm just really disappointed in the product I got. Side note: Didn't receive any flower food with the bouqet like most florists or even ACME would give you. read more

Bought these flowers for my girlfriends birthday and spent $60 on them only to have the die within 12 hours. They also ask you what yoor budget is so they can get whatever they can out of you. I said "$60" and it seemed like she just put anything together and said "uhh yea $60" I would recommend shopping here if you enjoy expensive flowers that die. Another update - Christian R, an owner of Jacquelines, continues to lie - no one called him to say say I would complain, warning him that this is supposedly my MO. How would anyone even know how to do that. However, after I texted and sent my friend who ordered one of the arrangements what happened, including pictures of the dead flowers, I believe she called the store (which was closed). Never did she say I'm difficult. And as to last year, when this same issue occurred, the store immediately said they'd replace the arrangement BEFORE I said anything else. A warning phone call - YOU LIE. It never occurred. You are a terrible business person and trust me, everyone who knows me, any many many do, know I am honest to a fault. Continue saying what you want - you're a liar and one of the worst business people I've ever had the unfortunate experience to deal with. No worries. THE ONLY LIAR HERE IS YOU. If I could give negative stars I would. I specifically ordered peonies and was assured peonies would be sent. I upgraded my order and my daughter received 18 of the worst looking roses I've ever seen. They were brown and the arrangement did not look at professional. When I complained I was screamed at and told I could throw them in the trash if I wanted I wasn't getting my money back. I have never experienced such horrendous customer service. I am pretty angry about the flowers that this shop delivered to my friend's funeral yesterday. I bought an $85 arrangement that, with tax and delivery fees came to $100. The online photo showed a big, full beautiful arrangement and even specified MEASUREMENTS that weren't adhered to because what they created instead was a tiny, short little bouquet in a miniature vase. It looked like a $15 arrangement!!! I purposely chose the most expensive beautiful arrangement that I wasn't on a three-legged stand because the event was a memorial for a person who was cremated, which meant that the flowers had to be in a vase that could be sent home with family, not disassembled for use at the grave site. I purposely didn't choose the absolute-most expensive ones that weren't on stands because they tended to have three ugly branches sticking out of them, way above the rest of the flowers, and I didn't find that style to be appealing. However, I purposely organized the arrangements according to price from highest to lowest to ensure that I chose a respectful arrangement that didn't look cheap!! However, my flowers looked extremely cheap, which was an embarrassment to me. My parents were nice enough to surprise me and buy me a corsage a dance I was going to because my date had to bail because he got the flu. My mom was extremely sick so I went in with my hair and makeup done to get the corsage. When I walked in, one it smelled horrible in there of chemicals. Especially being a florist, I would think it would smell presentable. Two, when I walked in there was a customer before me who was fighting with one of the employees. The employee responded to her issue in a very rude manner, telling the woman she was over-reacting when it was clearly there mistake. Rule 101 of customer service ... the customer is always right and you work towards the customers needs respectfully. The employee handling this customer was extremely rude. It was finally my turn to be handled with. A older russian looking wrung me up. When they gave me the corsage it "looked" beautiful. I complimented them and had already prepaid. I was just about to leave and I said have a nice rest of your day when the woman who was getting my corsage said and I quote, "You didn't buy that for yourself did you? That would be very sad if you did." I responded, "no actually my parents got it for me since my date has the flu. Have a nice rest of your day" This woman was the most rude and disrespectful woman I have ever met. To tell a teenager, who already has there hair and makeup done and to already be upset that there date had to bail for a real reason, that it's sad she bought her own corsage is completely and utterly discusting. Not to mention my parents were the one who surprised me with the corsage. They will never be getting my service again. We went home and I put the corsage on and there were thorns still on the roses sticking out. Additionally, it was way to oversized to the point where the flowers itself fell off the bracelet without little to no use before even arriving to the dance. Never go there! Ordered over the phone a flower arrangement for my wife at 10 am they failed to deliver it while my wife was still at work they showed up just after 4 o clock when I told them she leaves at 4 ... I then called up and asked if they were aware that they dropped the ball on me and pretty instantly got rude telling me that they leave flowers at front desks and it's not their responsibility to Deliver it directly to the recipient it was intended for .... my wife's co worker then told me that they didnt even leave at front desk they brought it directly to her personal desk after a few minutes after she had left and she said that she could tell the guy knew he was late .... the owner of the store in my opinion should have tried to make it right with me but insisted on explaining to me that things arent their responsibility and I got frustrated and told them it can be your responsibility to pick them up in the morning then ..... and credit me back my money...I really thought that they wouldent do that ..... but oddly enough they had no problem getting there the next day to repo the flowers on time with a huge smile on his face like he was thrilled to take them back and make a slight scene at my wife's place of business ..... shame on businesses that act like this I payed the 60 some dollars to have the flowers delivered on time I purposely chose a florist that was almost with in walking distance of my wife's work and then they drop the ball and act like children they lost my business forever and I'll let others know how they conduct business read more

I recently ordered a bouquet for my son's prom date. They suggested a bouquet of six roses or a dozen roses. I decided on a 6 white rose bouquet When I went to pick up the roses they were already open and brown. I complained to the clerk and she took them back to the person putting together the flowers in the back. They said that they would make me a new one. I was already running late, so I needed it to be done quickly. So what did the person putting the flowers together do? She took her time and all the people in the shop treated me like I had leprosy. The flowers were so ordinary that I suggested to the clerk that they add glitter. After telling an employee there that I would write a review, a gentleman came over to try and convince me that the flowers were fine.
