My family has worked with 5 Edward Jones advisor's in 20 years and Lisa has shown to be impatient, rude, and no sense of urgency. When confronted about needing advise she stated she does not have time to hand hold, nor does she get paid to do so. If you are a novice investor stay away, Lisa is worthless for the large fees she charges! My wife is dealing with a father who is elderly and has a mid-six figure trust. She has had phone calls not returned. ..impatient answers to complex securities. Then to top it all off told today to take all our business to Charles Schwab. She was not even gracious enough to refer us to another Edward Jones office. Needless to say it is time to take are business elsewhere! If you want people to have a bad taste in their mouth for investing send them to the Edward Jones on Sand creek in Brentwood. ...I am sure Lisa will be more than accommodating in making them feel stupid, incompetent and most of all a waste of her time!
