This office is hard to actually reach. The girls when you reach them are always quite nice and helpful. My contact with this agent is very limited. I went in with a receipt for a tow and Mr. Lanter told me I would have to wait while he finished a call to get my money back from them. I didn't mind at first. The call lasted over 20 minutes and since I could hear the conversation I could tell it was just a personal call. I was late to work but finally got the reimbursement. Today I tried to reach them, a Friday morning around 9:30 to 10 am and was routed to a 24 hour service. State Farm has been our insurance for over 3 decades. When needed, they really took care of us. However, this agent makes us feel he just wants the steady income without providing any service. We are looking for a new agent.

I had to reinstate my car insurance they told me it…read morewas a $110 fee to reinstate it (the insurance company then sent me a letter in the mail it was only $10 to reinstate the insurance) so I call back fiesta and ask why did I pay $110 and they said that they had their own fee too but I told them that would have been nice to know WHEN I AM PAYING not after the fact I have paid and realized I could have saved $100. They also said I had to reinstate it before the 15th of January but the company said in the letter that I had until February 5th. So I'm dropping it back down to a 1 star for that false information.
