My dad is buried on the Annandale right near Concan. My stepmom hired Paul to do my father' Estate…read moreSettlement. I've talked to this man personally. He does not seem like a totally incompetent unprofessional moron to me. I know other reviews say as much. But it would not surprise me if he were a good trial lawyer. The problem is that his work in preparing legal documents is beyond horrendous. We received a formal agreement with so many errors we hesitated to have it notarized for the court. Every party involved had been listed incorrectly, and several different ways I might add. We called the office to inquire. They are perfectly fine unless you need something. We just wanted to know how to proceed. Each of us ended up grabbing the phone at one point to say we weren't angry or insulted by all of these errors, we just needed help. The staff became defensive and even accusatory. They hung up on us claiming we were cursing. None of us cursed. They had ridiculously insulting claims to try and deflect from their own inadequacies. We went line by line by line and they acted as if they were doing us a favor correcting their own mistakes. Maybe we could have chosen a better tone of voice. It was just so surreal for us to be treated this way by anyone. How high and mighty they acted. I just can't believe anyone is this bad at legal document preparation. It wouldn't surprise me at all to learn the whole thing was not at all Paul's fault, that someone had been trying to Sabotage his work. That said, I would need to see some firings before I ever had this man make up a Will. I doubt very seriously the correct benefactors would be listed. The way this place runs currently, I wouldn't trust it for anything. I apologized for raising my voice to them and meant it. But these people will bring you to your wits end with incompetence and sheer stupidity. They're all SEEMINGLY nice people who definitely suck at their jobs. That's Paul Tarski law... We went line by line by line and they couldn't get it close to right. Not even close. Someone other than me is still listed as the recipient of my father's inheritance. Wild stuff.

Paul Tarski is the most unprofessional, worst lawyer I have ever worked with. Alexandra Wegrzyn is…read morea little bit more professional, but not by much. I was emailing them questions about my case, and Mr. Tarski responded (after hours--the only time he's responded to an email after hours) with a smart-ass, belittling answer that sounded like it was written by a drunk person. When I responded and asked if he was drunk when he sent it, I guess it hit a little bit too close to home, because Ms. Wegrzyn responded, informing me that they were dropping me as a client. I was only asking questions about the judge's final order. Now they are refusing to give me my file and paperwork (my case was resolved on Sept. 11th--almost a month ago) because "it's not ready yet" and "to make sure everything is in there." If I'm no longer their client, what else do they need to do to get my file together? Is it spread out all over their office? How will they know if "everything" is in there--is there a checklist or inventory list? Ms. Wegrzyn actually threatened to call the police to have me removed from their office when I showed up to get my file and paperwork. It seems like they should have had my file together before dropping me as a client. I'd suggest you find someone other than these two to represent you in any legal matters. Lawyers who appreciate their clients' business and treat them with respect. #Uvalde #Lawyer #disrespectful #unprofessional #givememyfile
