Through my work with Kendall, I have safely faced lot of my trauma, developed a much better connection to my emotional and spiritual body, and been able to reach new levels of vulnerability and intimacy in my relationships. She is a gifted and intuitive healer that is working, I believe, in a very important space. While my time with her is always restful and calming, she is facilitating inner work that can be intense and emotional. Before beginning our session, we have a check in about my intentions for the session, what's happening in my life that moment, and how I am feeling in my body. Once the session begins, she encourages me to share feelings, memories, and reflections as they arise during our sessions. Her energy work leads her to uncover areas of tension, blocks or stored trauma. I wasn't expecting to have such a profound, noticeable trauma release in the session, I experienced cathartic shaking, crying, and releasing of stuck trauma during the womb massage. I never felt alone and Kendall was perfectly attuned to my pacing, I felt safe to feel what I needed to feel and really felt like I was able to let something go and felt more spaciousness afterwards.
