In the medical world, it seems like the whole process is normally just a headache, especially when it comes to recovery. Dr. James and Leigh and the rest of the staff are just phenomenal. Dr. James is so well informed and great at what he does. I don't have a lot of experience with chiropractors but the service here is such top notch, I'm not interested in going to anyone else! He is so helpful with suggestions about other resources for my health and recovery, and is so attentive to my needs at any given time. They're so efficient with referrals and billing. To add, they're just friendly in general - good people. Amidst COVID and weird schedule changes in my life, they are so accommodating. Cant say enough good things about them.

This has been, without question, the worst medical experience I've ever had. Communication is virtually nonexistent. Phone calls are not returned. Appointments run significantly behind schedule, even when you're among the first patients of the day. The staff wastes time asking the same questions you've already answered in written form -- even while holding your paperwork in hand. Worse, they mismanage critical processes like treatment authorizations. In my case, I needed an epidural injection. The nurse practitioner, Jackie, told me I'd need records from my physical therapist or the request would likely be denied. I followed instructions exactly -- had the records faxed, confirmed delivery, and notified the office. Despite all that, I was told by the front desk (after being placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes) that they "couldn't find the fax" and "someone probably already pulled it, but we don't know where it is." I re-sent the fax directly to her. Days later, I followed up again, only to be told the records were "too vague" and had simply been filed away without anyone reaching out to me or my physical therapist for clarification. No one communicated. No one took initiative. No one followed through. Multiple calls and messages to both the office and the nurse practitioner went unanswered. The individual responsible for authorizations was frequently "out," and I was repeatedly told I'd get a callback -- which never came. I came here seeking help for severe, daily pain. Weeks later, I'm in the exact same condition -- only now with the added frustration of having wasted time, energy, and trust on an office that clearly does not prioritize patient care or basic competence. Proceed with caution. Or better yet, don't proceed at all.
