If you pay for a product and your not happy you can return it to a store for a refund, but if you are not happy with what someone has done to a part of your body that you have no choice but to walk around with, you cannot, you should be able to get your money back; especially when it nearly $160. I asked her if she always spoke to customers that way, her response was "do you?". I was not rude in anyway, I was simply asking for my hair to be fixed. She then told me I was undercharged, like I walked in there and dictated the price I was charged. If I was under charged, that's not my problem. I was told what I was to pay and I paid it, and tipped my stylist to boot. When I showed my regular stylist my hair, as well as my friends, they couldn't believe that I actually paid for the service. They said they would have walked out, but that's just not my style. I was in such a rush and frustrated that I had been there for over three hours and my service was not completed. I had to somewhere I needed to be. I have since contacted their Facebook page to ask for the owners email address politely, and I have been blocked. Heather is the most unprofessional so-called manager I have ever met. She needs a crash course in customer service . The rudest person I've ever met. I'm curious how she would actually treat people that were rude to her, because I was certainly not. And I was treated like absolute garbage.

Special shout out to tech Henry, though your hands are in excellent hands no matter who is shellac-ing them. Prices reasonable, tools of trade kept clean and sterile as best as I could tell. Little oasis in a barren urban sprawl strip mall area - upside to location...LOTS of parking! Warning: It's very grass roots neighborly so anytime anyone walks in, your tech or another will greet person and talk to them, even if they are working on you. So, this practice might be hard for narcissists to deal with.
