For my sister's birthday we had great pedicures. The massage chairs are very relaxing. We highly recommend Henry!

Update: I'm pretty sure NEW OWNERS since all those gross reviews from 8 years ago. As of now, this place is boppin' energy yet the technicians are nose-to-grindstone artisans. It has spa level sevice and work but instead of a zen meditation vibe it's more like beach or brunch mimosa party atmosphere. Special shout out to tech Henry, though your hands are in excellent hands no matter who is shellac-ing them. Prices reasonable, tools of trade kept clean and sterile as best as I could tell. Little oasis in a barren urban sprawl strip mall area - upside to location...LOTS of parking! Warning: It's very grass roots neighborly so anytime anyone walks in, your tech or another will greet person and talk to them, even if they are working on you. So, this practice might be hard for narcissists to deal with. read more

I had such a good experience today with Lily! She did a fantastic job on my nails and they were able to fit me in short notice being in town for a work trip. Coordinator at the desk was super helpful and went around making sure things were great and making connections with their regular clients. Would recommend and totally come back! They over charged me for my nails, then my nails chipped 2 days later plus nail tech was not friendly

I've been here a few times now but probably won't be back. First of all - the smell is SO strong. It smells incredibly toxic and it cannot be good for you. I always get a headache. I feel bad for the employees that work there, smelling that daily is definitely impacting their health. Secondly - I've never felt welcomed, the person at the desk has never been friendly. Third - it's cash tip only which is weird. Additionally, one time I went they would only accept e transfer for payment. I made an apt, they couldn't told me their debit machine was down so I could have brought cash. Fourth - it really depends who you get. My pedis have all been fine but my manis are hit or miss. The shellac mani I got last month was awful. Uneven, nails weren't smoothed, chipped in less than a week and the worst part - she ruined my nails. They're paper thin. I hadn't gotten my nails done in 9+ months, they were the strongest they'd ever been and no they're in awful shape. read more

Best experience I have ever had at a nail salon! The girl that did my nails was an artist, and hand painted beautiful designs. I am so happy with my nails, and just in time for a trip! The salon itself is beautiful, and the staff is cheerful and friendly. I am new to the area and I came across it by accident when I broke a nail. They fit me in immediately and fixed it for me. That positive experience made me decide to try a full set. Needless to say I'm VERY happy I did. read more

I had the most HORRIBLE nail experience iv ever had in my 18 years of getting my nails done. RUDE nail tech, she complained she's TIRED, kept looking at the clock, was rough with my hands, burned me numerous times with no appoligy just a scowl. Asked to round my edges she yelled Later! I've been here a few times, my nails are always decent but the experience is always painful. This time I got a new set of acrylics and my daughter (10) got shellac on her nails for New Years. She wanted a cute design on an accent nail so she asked for one white nail. I called ahead and made an appointment and when we got there only one tech had time. And their debit was down so I had e-transfer them which was shady in my opinion. They could have told me on the phone prior and I would have brought enough cash, aside from just the cash tip which is all they accept for tip. Finally someone came available for my daughter and she went to the other side to get her nails done while I was getting mine. My pinkie ended up being cut (like minor--but I could feel it every time alcohol or filing happened) and she ripped one of my cuticles off and my finger kept bleeding and she didn't even apologize. I asked for nude nails and I definitely don't have that. My daughter was done before mine were and she had no design on her one finger and when I asked they said they had no time. I also had to go back in after leaving because one of my nails was so rough. I rarely write reviews or complain because honestly, they do work hard, but I feel like they don't really care at this place. read more

Beautiful setting but awful service. Very unfriendly (or unhappy staff). Booked 4 ladies for deluxe pedicures. Lady 1 had terrible painting job. Lady 2 had a newbie who didn't provide the entire treatment because she ran out of time and accused her of being a liar because she said she didn't receive the hot stone massage. In addition, her paint job went so far down her toenails that it looked like her nails had grown out a few weeks. We were charged $19 more per person due to covid but their website prices still reflected the old prices. We went into this so happy and left very upset. I had very very high hopes for this studio based on the reviews I had seen. When I called to make an appointment they receptionist was lovely and very accommodating. I came in and was seen relatively on time. The nail tech was pleasant and seemed to know her way around a pedicure and she did a very nice job. Where things went downhill for me was when my nails were drying. She stepped out for a cigarette, which isn't what bothered me. It was when she came back, moved right on to another customer and never came back to me. I was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for her to come back and assist me with putting on my sandals to avoid any damage to the new nail polish. I watched as several other woman received this assistance. Not to mention I'm also 7 months pregnant and putting my own shoes on is a chose all on its own. What was worse was when she witnessed the struggle for me to bed down and remove the toe spacers...she ignored me and kept working with her new customer. When I went to pay I expressed my issues with the receptionist..who was unable to do much. I settled my bill and was elated to find out that tip was cash only. I tend to be a 20%-25% tipper and even if the service isn't great I will usually still tip at least 15%, however as I was not made aware of this being a cash only expense I did not have any on me. So I left without tipping for the first time in my life and quite frankly it felt like a bit of poetic justice. To the nicer aspects, great customer service from the receptionist and from what I could see the other nail techs and a clean facility. I am very sad as to how poorly these people treat their employees as well as customers. They constantly change appointments. My third visit in a row today delayed.... I was unable to wait due to work out of frustration said I was done and wanted my nails removed.. Not only did the owner not attempt to speak with me about resolving the problem, they charged me $21.00 to remove the nails. My tec was amazing and I'm sorry that I will not be back..... read more

I went here recently with a friend to get pedicures on a girlie date night. I thought the salon was beautifully decorated, even including the basins you put your feet in! Sadly, everything else was lacking. I didn't like how an employee asked us to pay just as we were sitting down in our chairs. We were there an hour before closing time so maybe they wanted to close the till early, but I hadn't even taken off my shoes yet! They only accept cash for tips which was inconvenient. I also didn't like how the chairs weren't massage chairs or recline at all. I used my jacket for extra lumbar support because I found the chair cushion too small. What bothered me the most was when I chose two colours and the lady brought out a different one than I chose. Thinking she got mixed up I told her that wasn't what I chose. Turns out she wasn't mixed up, she picked one out for me since they didn't have the colour I chose. I think she should have told me that and asked if I wanted to pick something else instead of being presumptuous. When I said I'd rather a different colour she said to trust her. I didn't want to argue with her so I chose to go along with her even though I wasn't happy about it. I had asked for a solid colour and a glitter colour and said I'm going to a stagette next weekend so I was wanting the glitter for a little celebratory sparkle. I said apply it however you want...sparkle tips, diagonal line, alternating toes, anything goes! She ended up doing one toe on each foot in the sparkle. Seemed really unimaginative. I also like choosing the nail art but she automatically did a flower, the same flower my friend got. Again, really unimaginative. When she was done she asked/said doesn't that look nice so I told her again how I felt...That it looked ok but that I was upset she didn't let me choose my own colour. I feel clear communication is the best for conflict resolution but it didn't work here. She never answered me and kept her head down so I can't be sure if she heard me or was ignoring me, although I suspect the latter as my friend heard from beside me. I wore the tightest fitting pants and was working on pulling them back down when she came to clean up, so I stopped and moved my legs over so she could get her supplies from inside the basin. Instead, she started pulling on my pants and I said that I could do it. But she kept pulling! I asked what's wrong with her, pls stop, I said I could do it, I was moving over to make it easier for you to clean up. Then she stopped tugging. It was such a weird interaction to have to ask twice for someone to stop touching me. When it was done I kept sitting there waiting for my friend to finish. It was odd she took so much longer when we had started at the same time. I wished I had been given disposable sandals so I could sit with my feet down. When my friend's lady started putting my friends sandals on for her, my lady came over to do the same. It felt like an afterthought. Due to having my direct wishes ignored (with colour choice and pulling down my pant leg), lack of massage chair, and general unpampered vibe I felt, I will never go back. This is the first review I've ever written. Nails aren't something to get that upset about but for some reason this experience has stuck with me so that a few days later I'm feeling compelled to write this. Suggestions: have soothing music playing instead of tvs. Have the nail polish bottles on display instead of from the nails on a ring to ensure all colour choices are available. read more

Rude and arrogant nail technicians, don't ever ask them to do your nails the way you want them or you will be told to go to someone else. So I did try one of the other girls at pink and white, she decided to cut my natural nails off so she could put nail tips on without asking me. It took me months to let my natural nails grow out to the length of the acrylic nail, gone in an instant. She was late for our appointment and offered no explanation or apology, also she spoke with her coworkers in another language while working on my nails, she basically ignored me. I have never felt worse after supposedly being pampered! Needless to say I will not be going back. read more

Just had my nails and eyebrows done this week. The technicians are overbooked and rushed. Mine didnt allow enough time drying between coats of shellac and my nails are already chipping. I had shown her a picture and that is definately not what I got. Most catastrophic is that it now have burns across my eyelids and between my eyebrows from the wax. The skin has actually blistered and burns are apparent!!!!! I will definitely not go back. read more

My rating for this so called salon is 0. All the men working in this salon watch TV, they even pause in the middle of their clients to look up at the TV!! I came in to have acrylic nails and said i did not want GEL.... he put on GEL anyway. After return from my vacation i went back to have removed because one of my natural nails ripped off. They charged me $21 to have removed and didn't care to listen to what happened or offer any compensation!! I will NEVER go back to this salon! So UNPROFESSIONAL!! :( read more
