The florist showed us pictures of what she could make up for us, showed us the fresh flowers that she had available and worked within our budget. She had the basket available at 9:15 the next morning for the funeral at 11:00. The basket was beautiful, filled with two different colour roses, and flowers that were perfect for the season. We were very pleased with the service and the product.

Suffice to say it resembled nothing like the image advertised and was missing the birthday helium balloons which were supposed to be included. When I emailed the owner I was informed, sans apology, that the cost of helium menat he no longer stocked the balloons or included them. Wtf This is an appalling example of Canadian service and business ethos.
