They're all guys!…read moreHe came out to the house, supposedly did a tune up and screwed up the spark plugs. 3 months later all the dashboard lights go on and stay on, immediately drove it to an actual mechanic and they redid all the spark plugs and couldn't believe we just had them done. So we are out the service cost twice because James will not partially refund for his royal screw up, states we were supposed to bring the car back to him first for warranty work. If I had known it was he who screwed up so badly I may have brought it back but do I want him working on the car again?? NO RESOLUTION, nasty attitude and out the money for the same repair twice. Stay away!

He handled towing the car so well and I felt the car was secure. It arrived to the repair place and he left the keys in the drop box as instructed. We were so grateful that he came so quickly because we had to leave at a certain time and couldn't wait long. The cost was reasonable. Thank you for your good service!
