Nothing is too overpriced and they usually run a sale so be sure to ask. I took the time to read all of the posted signage but they didn't take the time to remember to put up their no parking sign. A simple asking to move instead of demanding, or saying sorry for forgetting the sign would have been welcomed. Instead, Don gave me dirty looks. 15 minutes later when we left the store they finally remembered to put up their "no parking donations only" sign.

There were 2 signs that said 39.00 but they refused to sell it to me, I asked if I could speak to you Abby, they said you were not there. I left without the sweater also no other items, very disappointed in the service I received. I have never had this issue before, they may have forgotten to take the $39.00 sign down, but the 2 signs were up as I shopped, so much for the customer being right. I visited The Loft to exchange a pair of pants that had a ripped seam. I was delightfully greeted…read moreby 2 managers as I walked in, and as I showed the rip to one of them, without hesitation she grabbed the same pair of pants in the same color and size and effortlessly exchanged them. Wanting to shop around more, she kept them up front for me. Later she came by asking if I left my phone at the counter. After clarifying that it was mine, she went to the front and grabbed it to return it to me. She happily took my clothes and started a fitting room for me. As I was checking out, she happily called the Visa gift card number (even though it was more work on her part) and put a necklace I bought in a small separate plastic bag so it wouldn't catch on one of my skirts inside. This is the kind of customer service everyone should receive in a retail store! 5 stars!
