I ended up just walking out in order to preserve my schedule. She was not a professional when it came to the scheduling or having a clean room upon arrival. This is not a professional massage business. Her inability to keep to her word multiple times and the dirty room was what was causing me stress, it resulted in me having to push an appointment back twice. The order, effective Apr. 22, prohibits owner Guixan Han and Golden Phoenix Holdings LLC from operating any massage business at that site for the duration of the closure. The action stems from a public complaint that included screenshots and video evidence allegedly showing sexual activity occurring inside the spa. The material, obtained from an online chat group, prompted a deeper investigation by TDLR officials. When investigators arrived at the location, they found several employees working without massage therapy licenses--some of whom reportedly fled the premises during the site visit. A male customer was found undressed inside the facility and quickly left once clothed.
