Had that been clearly disclosed, I would not have purchased it. A short expiration window simply doesn't make sense for a pregnancy or postpartum gift. When my daughter was finally medically cleared after her C-section and reached out before the expiration date, she was told there were no appointments available and the gift certificate would not be honored later or refunded. As the person who paid for this gift, that was extremely disappointing. The gift card was paid for in full, but the experience never happened. What was intended to be a meaningful and supportive gift during an important life moment turned into stress and frustration instead. (not for social media because he didn't have me sign a social media permission form). This made me feel very uncomfortable and instantly gave me creepy vibes. At the end of my service he tried to convince me that my total was $150 and insinuated that I must've booked through Groupon or some discounted third party service. I explained to him that I booked through his website and when I proved it to him with my booking confirmation for $100, he apologized and let me pay and leave shortly after.
