Make sure you have an appointment. Even though I was on-time for my appointment, I waited over 30 minutes until it was my turn. The person who helped me take my finger prints and photo was nice. No complaints with the staff. Notes: -You are not allowed to use the restroom inside because they restrict access to the learning area. -Do not enter the learning area without permission.
