Anyways, despite all this new technology, sometimes you want things from "back in the day"... like a land-line phone because you don't want your kiddos having cell phones (yet). Found an internet phone called an Ooma on Best Buy's website. It was listed for $109 with NO MONTHLY PLAN. It says you have to pay "taxes and fees" which I read are around $5/month. Stopped in to this Best Buy, the guy at the door directed me to the back corner where the land line phones were. Grabbed the box, headed to checkout, paid and was out the door in *maybe* 5 minutes tops. The 2 guys that helped me (the guy at the door and then the guy at the register) were so helpful and friendly. Perhaps we'll stop back again if we need a CD... I mean, if we need an electronic item. (They don't carry CDs or DVDs anymore.)

I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.

I dropped off my file expecting the usual process, where the staff asks a few questions to make sure everything comes out right. But the woman working that night barely said anything. She took the print, gave me a receipt, and sent me on my way. So I'm thinking, "Cool, she knows what she's doing." Wrong. When I picked it up, the tags were completely the wrong size. No one had confirmed the dimensions with me, and apparently, they don't take the time to help customers double-check before printing. That would've saved everyone a lot of trouble. Thankfully, the supervisor at least tried to fix it, but honestly... the final job was still subpar. Then the print manager comes in, and while he did offer a refund, he had a nonchalant attitude like fixing my order was an inconvenience. I basically had to make him help me.
