They told my family member to just poop on themselves rather than take them to the bathroom. Whats worse is they are crooks and scam artists posing as therapist. Everybody gets a motorized wheelchair!! They tried to convince me to change insurance so their personal vendor was covered. They tried to get me to start a GoFundMe for equipment, that was provided for free to loan from Gleason foundation. Please, please steer clear of the inpatient side of this facility. Outpatient doctor and team seemed very competent; however, upstairs is like something out of a horror movie. And as for "state of the art" Check out the photos!

It got to the point where I couldn't even sleep because every time I turned my head in the night, I woke up with shooting pain starting at the base of my skull and extending all the way down to my elbow on my right side. I was on pain medication. My general practitioner couldn't help me. Finally, I saw a back and spine specialist who recommended Kessler rehabilitation. Puneeth did a really great job evaluating my strength (or lack thereof) and range of motion. He was able to identify that my pain was caused by muscular imbalance that was the result of poor posture and hours of sitting at my desk. He designed a protocol of exercises for me to do at Kessler and at home. A few weeks later I feel physically better than I have in probably a year. I'm not on pain medication and I can sleep at night. This was my first experience was physical therapy and the results honestly far exceeded my expectations. FYI - The front office was very upfront about my co-pay and insurance. No issues there. It was very clear from the beginning what my out-of-pocket would be and there were no surprises.

I consider myself very FORTUNATE indeed to have found Andrew Quirk at the start of my last stint of surgeries. He successfully helped me to rehabilitate BOTH shoulders after severe rotator cuff tears and now he is again helping me to walk again after a very complicated knee problem that ended up with a knee replacement in July. That landed me with a stiff knee that could barely bend. Andrew know his stuff!! He continually amazes me with his knowledge of joints, muscles and physiology and he has actually taught me how to re-walk correctly after wearing a brace for months before surgery. If you have a simple injury or a complex problem as I do, Andrew is the man to help you get back on your feet or whatever it is you need to do. Dr. Roczey was recommended to me by a friend, I called to make an appointment and he was able to see me soon after with ease. Upon arrival, I was greeted by his friendly staff then Dr Roczey took a few X-rays to look at what the issue was. He gave a thorough exam to find that it was a pinch nerve and adjusted my back. I don't know what I would if I had not found him because I am already feeling so much better. Dr. Roczey also gave me several exercises to do to help improve my posture.
