This is the second surgery Dr. Montgomery has performed on my daughter, and both outcomes have been outstanding. I do not recommend this facility in Wayne NJ , especially for people of color…read more I had an appointment at Atlantic Health Rehabilitation in Wayne, New Jersey today 4/9/26 The office had recently moved, and it was very difficult to find the new location. As a result, I arrived approximately five minutes late. When I arrived, there was another patient at the front desk speaking with the receptionist and scheduling multiple appointments. I waited patiently for over five minutes while they finished, without or complaint. When it was my turn, and before the patient ahead of my the receptionist immediately told me I was late and refused to see me. I explained that I had difficulty finding the new address and had also been waiting for her to finish assisting the other patient. Despite this, she repeatedly stated that it did not matter and that it was "policy," without showing any flexibility or understanding. I tried to explain that the delay was beyond my control and that I had arrived around 10:05, just after the other patient. She still refused to see me and rescheduled me for April 16 without asking if that worked for me. I found the interaction very rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. A five-minute delay--especially under these circumstances--should have been handled with more understanding, particularly since I am in pain and had recently visited a pain management office. Additionally, I felt that I was treated differently because I am Muslim, which made the experience even more upsetting. This experience was unacceptable. I would appreciate it if a supervisor could follow up with me and address this situation. Staff should receive proper training on professionalism, communication, and respectful treatment of all patients.

He works at a clinic with several other specialists. I decided to schedule an appointment in Morristown since it was my 1st visit, it was highly suggested that I visit the clinic that has technicians available to do X-rays and there's also a radiology center in case if we need to order a MRI. I like this location very much since every specialist is in reach and there's complimentary flavored coffee in the suite. However for Starbucks lover like myself, there's Starbucks in the 1st floor as soon as you enter the building. There's also plenty of parking and they also open on Saturdays. Getting back to Dr. McInerary, I wish I was referred to him earlier. He is nice, well mannered and seems very knowledgeable. He referred me to pt in Hackensack on rt 17 for aqua therapy. I'm am schedule to see him in 2 months in the Clifton office since it's much closer to home. He does work in the evenings in Clifton which is perfect for folks who work during the day. I had an appointment for an MRI on 3/6 at 7:15am, scheduled by Natasha. Having taken a half-day off…read morefrom work, when I arrived at the facility on 111 Madison Avenue, I was told by an employee (an African-American female whose name I did not get) that they would not be able to accept me as the appointment was made at a time when no doctor was available to give me the injection required for it. She scheduled me for the following Monday at 1:15pm and gave me an appointment card indicting the date and time of my appointment. I took another half day off the following Monday and arrived at 12:30. This time I was told that they had no record of my appointment. They in fact went as far as telling me that I had no-showed my previous appointment. It was only after I gave them the reason why we had to reschedule and showed them the appointment card that they admitted the female employee had seemingly not entered the information from my previous and current appointment in the computer. They asked me to wait so that they could fit me in as soon as possible. I indicated that I had to pick up my son from school at 4:15 and thus I couldn't stay if I was not admitted within a couple of hours but they assured me I would be done long before that. After waiting until 3:00 and still with no sign of me being called in I requested my prescription back. I gave a physical description of the woman who had scheduled me for that day and showed them the card, asking whose handwriting it was, but no one seemed able or willing to identify her. As a result I have now lost 2 half-days from work (not to mention I had to wait an extra 2+ hours before it being confirmed that I would not be seen that day) due to the incompetence of their schedulers when making appointments and I still haven't even had my MRI done. Perhaps they should raise the requirements for hiring schedulers beyond (barely) speaking English in order to ensure that appointments are honored. After about 2 weeks, all correspondence to them regarding this is still going unanswered with not so much even a call back for an apology or rationalization of their incompetent schedulers.

After driving passed this place over and over, I decided to make an appointment and give it a try. I had an initial consultation with Drs. Locatelli and Tyminski. They were very friendly and thorough with their exam and subsequently sent me for an MRI. Confirming the bulging disks in my neck, they started therapy right away. This included manual therapy, exercises and their decompression machine. It took a while as it was a chronic condition, however, I'm happy to report I haven't felt this good in years! The PT I predominantly worked with was Beth Gaerlan. She is knowledgeable, motivating, professional and a pleasure to work with. I really owe a lot of my recovery to her. The entire staff at Total Health fit Beth's description as well, what a wonderful group of professionals! Truth be told, I really didn't want to go to PT as I was skeptical. I received an email last week saying I had a balance of $173 and I was being sent to collections. I answered the email immediately and called them and said that I was out of state that I could send $50 ASAP and then upon returning to I would pay the balance in full. Nobody answered my email and just this morning I received a second email saying I was being sent to collections. When I did call the office, they told me they would not take anything less than $100 and I explained to them that I was out of state and I was not denying the debt. I just was unaware of it and I was still recovering from surgery. Bottom line is this facility with the billing department is extremely rude and unprofessional, and I have no issues with the acupuncturist she was great, but I would stay away from this place because if you run into a billing problem, there is no communication and they are not willing to be flexible at all. If you're looking for Acupuncture, I community Morristown. She is wonderful and she works with you. I tried leaving a review under their website and I was unable to so I'll keep trying to do that and this is the best area I can do a complaint. I just feel bad for the older generation that might run into this billing issue and not be aware of it on a fixed income.
