I tried to approach the company several ways, text, call, email and I was not offered any support, guidance or compensation for not only my destroyed belongings, but for the distress and level of abuse I received from their driver. I was so gentle and understanding of the driver's current state and he was mean, vulgar and extremely reactive. Extremely unprofessional company and I paid top price for it. We are a couple with a small two bedroom house and required our goods to be stored for nearly 4 weeks between homes. This was just way too much organisation for this company to handle and it was a complete debacle from start to finish. The office and management couldn't care less and give no support. When our contractor tried to pick them up the made excuses and eventually said they would deliver to him for $500. I then asked for a signed packing list he was delivering to the contractor but he refused to sen us one so when the goods arrived there were item missing. He then refused to do anything and blamed the other contractor although my goods were insure with him. Then I got a bill for the delivery of the goods with threading emails not eight days or eight weeks but eight months later. Do not use this incompetent bunch of people. As you can guess I told him what to do with the bill.
