Within 10 minutes, I was then taken up to my room and my treatment schedule was explained. I went into the infrared sauna which was a bit challenging but so refreshing once finished. My massage was two words: simply amazing. My masseur was great with the amount of pressure towards my stress points and really made me feel like it wasn't a rushed session. Again, the pedicure was great, the dry skin scraped away from my feet by a cheese grater-like instrument! My only complaint would be that the cuticle removal was quite painful on both my fingers and toes. I was offered drinks while I waited and there were plenty of magazines to peruse.
