As a former employee this agency owner and his wife are the perfect example of employee harassment…read more I worked for them for 2 months straight and accumulated sales for the month of November. I sold 31 items which were to be paid January 5th. On January 3rd I put in my two week notice after his office manager Keyla Hardy verbally insulted me in her office. I said I will be putting in my two week notice and Albert ended employment effective January 3rd. His employee handbook does not say no where commission is to be held by employer if employee resigns. Keyla Hardy even said before I left the office January 3rd you will receive both your last hour paycheck and commission on January 5th as discussed. Now Albert has not responded to emails or phone calls. They micro manage their employees and both their office managers do and consume alcohol during work hours for about 2-3 hours on work hours. When Allstate corporate calls in to look up an investigation on policies they would tell the customer service representatives to lie and mention that Albert or the employee being investigated is not in the office. They would also sign customer policy documents to make them go effective. Really bad experience working under this "by the book" agency owner. Definitely will not recommend to friends or family.
