No collision center he contacted would work with Loya insurance. His own insurance company is currently fixing his car and then they will go after Loya to get their compensation.

I have NEVER encountered customer service this horrible...anywhere, ever. Their driver hit my car…read morein November '25...it's now January 31 and I finally received the payment (of under 2k on a car they deemed totaled). They don't return calls until you leave dozens (no exaggeration) of voicemails. Their claims adjusters are rude and do their best to speak extremely fast and unintelligibly. I had to report them to the department of insurance to finally get a call back (after which they dropped the ball again). They guessed my car's mileage, never requested it and were 20k high, I had to send them time stamped photos of the odometer which they claimed they didn't receive, I had to send three times. Same with comps they requested after I disputed the value they placed on my car. Before the accident I had a mechanically sound/physically perfect car. It's an old car but it had nothing wrong with it. They gave me less than 2k...in no way enough to find a car in the same condition (or in ANY drivable condition). I wound up having to shell out 8k to get a used car. Absolutely corrupt, inept, disdainful - there was not a single person I spoke with who displayed any interest in helping me, it's as if they're trying to be rude to make you give up. Sadly, none of us have a choice if we're in an accident and the at-fault driver has this insurer. TLDR - they're horrible, keep a close record of how many calls you had to make and document everything. Be prepared for a very bumpy ride (or no ride at all when they're done with you). They shouldn't be allowed to do business.

I went in to process my international driving permit this morning. This is the only AAA location…read morein El Paso according to Yelp listing, and the next one over is in Las Cruces. There was no line when I entered the office, and I was in and out of the place in less than five minutes. It was amazingly smooth. I was greeted by a nice lady, and I gave her all of my necessary items to process for a permit, i.e. application already filled out and signed, two copies of passport photos with signature on the back, my current Texas driver license and $20.00 processing fee. I think she only asked me one question as to where I was going. Then she got an International Driving Permit booklet and started to fill it out, affixed my passport photo and stamped around it. She asked me to sign the booklet, and gave me a receipt for my payment. That's all. It was too easy. She told me it was good for one year from the date of issue (it is the same date I arrive in the country of my destination). Very good service! It was fast. Thanks, AAA!

I called at 6 PM and someone finally answered only to tell me that triple A of TX will only insure my home if I have a vehicle insured with them. Well, what if I don't drive or own a car. Not to mention the fact that I called before o bought the home to get a quote. No one ever told me I needed to insure a vehicle in order to get home insurance. Sir, may I suggest if your job is in sales you don't take a condescending attitude with potential customers.
