Examples of excellent vegetable selections include all the classics (dal, gobi, and the spinach-cheese plate that is different and better than any other I've every tried). I'm sure you could ask for the plates to be prepared hotter, but I never do- I feel they know what they are doing in the kitchen and do not want to deviate. The nan (regular) is light and fluffy and baked on the spot. The samosas are better than average, especially the vegetable samosas, but I think the real prizes of the establishment is in their main plates.
