The representative I dealt with was very kind and polite. Which is why there's even 3 stars. When she asked her superior about it, there was nothing they could do. She then stepped in to say I'm more than welcome to go to a different branch , because they specifically follow policies there that some branches do not. Regardless of the fee, the superior was very impolite about the situation, and could have at least acted nice. Good location. Rude management.

always was extremely satisfied with our car insurance and renters policy. just purchased a home and…read moretold them from the get go that the home did not have a fire hydrant around the property what so ever. get a phone call after all the closing was done that they would have to charge us 134/year more because of no fire hydrant. insurance inspector clearly didnt know what they were doing either as they tried to say we were missing shingles, when we weren't. so we are receiving a bill for the difference in what we are already going to paying with our mortgage monthly. not very impressed, when it was addressed up front, and they waited until AFTER closing and all the paperwork was complete.
