I notified him of the error and he said he will fix the error and send me a new contract. Mar 09- no contract received still. I followed up. No response via text. Mar 13- Ricardo (Verotti) shares the updated contract. I was out of town March 20- i responded apologizing for the delay in response as I was out of town. Requested a phone call to confirm details. Ricardo asks what time our event was. Then proceeds to tell me that he has booked another client. My gripe with Ricardo, is that despite having a verbal confirmation with him, he booked another client on the date that I had selected. If there was another client that approached him for the same date, as a courtesy, he could have checked in with me to confirm if I still wanted to proceed, instead he broke our agreement. Yes it was a verbal agreement, but it still should count for something. For Ricardo, he won't apologize for the delay in his responses, but he's okay with breaking agreements, even if verbal agreements, when the client gets busy and forgets to respond in time. I made the deposit before I got the contract emailed to me for my signature because I trusted Phil which was the wrong thing to do something I won't do again.

The clown let me know that the boy in front of my son was his last balloon. Ok, no big deal. I went outside and waited for our food. I looked over and noticed a little girl now holding the sign. I went in and told the clown that was rude to do to a little boy and allow other people to get in the line. He said he didn't but I was watching the entire time. And it was a boy holding the sign and now a girl. So I called the main number and the lady that answered the phone said, "it was just a balloon!" Ok well to a 4 year old it's MORE than a balloon. ZERO STARS -- One of the Most Distressing Vendor Experiences of My Career…read more I am a professional wedding planner writing this review on behalf of my couple, and I want to be very clear: in my ten years in this industry, I have never felt such shock, stress, or sadness for a couple on their wedding day because of a vendor. The DJ assigned to the event--who is also the owner--arrived hours late, offered no communication, and was visibly in no condition to work. When he arrived, he became unable to stand without assistance. At no point did he notify us in advance that he was severely ill, which would have allowed us to bring in a replacement and spare the couple an enormous amount of unnecessary stress. Because he could not unload or set up his equipment, the groomsmen--on a day meant to be joyful and celebratory--spent hours doing it themselves. We were moments away from delaying the ceremony because we were simply trying to get basic equipment functioning. Throughout the night, the DJ was almost entirely unable to perform. A wedding guest ultimately stepped in as the MC. The DJ spent most of the event resting in the groom's suite, and during the brief moments he attempted to be at his table, he did not appear able to operate his setup. The groomsmen then had to tear down and load all of the equipment at the end of the night as well. It was heartbreaking to watch the wedding party and guests fill roles they should never have been put in. This is not what anyone envisions for their wedding day. What has been especially difficult is what followed. Despite full transparency about what occurred, the owner has declined to issue any refund, stating that "services were performed." Given that the majority of the work was done by the wedding party and guests, this response has been incredibly disheartening. For additional context, the owner stepped in only because the originally assigned DJ had been unresponsive and unreliable in the weeks prior--a sign we hoped was isolated, but ultimately reflected a larger pattern. I am writing this review because I never want another couple to experience the level of anxiety, frustration, and disappointment this one endured. I strongly encourage future couples to choose a DJ service that is consistent, communicative, and prepared with proper contingency plans. A wedding day is far too important--and far too emotional--to be put at risk.
