I visited Dr Bellinger recently for ongoing pains I have had in my lower back (and also in my…read moreneck). His office is centrally located and is a simple, clean, one-person office with a semi-private waiting room. In regards to care, my pains have been ongoing in the sense that X-rays have shown unremarkable findings and previous care givers have simply referred to me as a "pain management & build your core... you're getting older" case. I very much appreciate Dr. Bellinger's care and approach. It has been years since I had a manual adjustment and it seems that it was long overdue. Immediately after my first appointment I felt relief and improved mobility (though I know it's an ongoing journey. :) ). But, Dr. Bellinger also took time to listen, respond, and educate me. That was the key. For the first time I had someone provide me with helpful and repeatable things that I could do at home to improve and it has 100% began to help. I have followed up now weekly on our plan and have nothing but praises.

It was my first visit with him as a new patient at Center for Natural Medicine, and I had to take off work to make the appointment, after waiting for weeks. Due to my busy day at work and traffic issues, I was 7 minutes late to my 1-hour appointment. I brought all the necessary paperwork that had been emailed to me and it was filled out prior to my arrival. I was ready to go when I walked in. Dr. Webb then handed me more paperwork to fill out after I arrived. I'm now repeating the same information onto more forms for the third time, which I've already stated twice before on the previous forms. After filling this paperwork out and handing it to Dr. Webb, we're now 15 minutes into my 1-hour appointment and he tells me he's not going to see me and that I'll have to make another appointment (weeks out) because it's too late. I explained to him there's plenty of time left to get done what we can and that I'm also a busy working professional with responsibilities and obligations, and I did the best I could to get there on time. I provided all the completed paperwork that had been emailed to me. He did not care. He said "Bro, you were late..." I explained to him that, at this point, we still had 45 minutes left. Again, he refused to see me. I explained to Dr. Webb that I was obviously upset, after having waited for weeks and taken the time to fill out all the forms, then take off work, rush to drive 13 miles to his office, and then be denied medical treatment when my time was still scheduled and available. His response was a calm and condescending, "You don't have to come back." After an already busy and difficult day, that was the last thing I was prepared to hear. In the end, it's his business and he can choose to treat people however he wants and deny service if he so chooses; however, I found it unprofessional and lacking empathy for a community he says he seeks to serve. Apparently, Dr. Webb doesn't need the business.

The BEST decision I made was going in to see Jack Collins to alleviate and get rid of my pain…read more (I've been to chiropractors, hand therapists, and acupuncturists) I struggle(d) with pain from tendinitis in my wrist from an overuse injury playing music...and back pain. Jack helped my tendinitis disappear after many visits (started to get more and more spaced out between visits and only went back for "maintenance"). I coupled Jacks treatment on my back with chiropractic care since I have scoliosis. Prepare yourself because treatment ain't comfortable, but you'll instantly feel the difference after a session of trigger point therapy. Thanks Jack!

The chiropractor was nice and quite knowledgeable but in 3 visits he was unable to crack my neck…read moreand did in fact crack my rib in his push-the-client-against-the-wall like an ice hockey body check thing that he does, and did not acknowledge the harm that he did. Ruined my sleep for 2 weeks solid and still had plenty of neck pain.
