I scheduled my appointment for 3 whenever I got there. I didn't know where to go so I had called and let them know. I am here for my appointment. I just don't know where the office is and they informed me that my appointment was actually at 2. Even though as soon as I had called them, I had my Notes app ready to write down the date and time. When I got put in a room, the staff who was asking me questions wasn't asking the correct questions. She kept back peddling and having to ask different questions after she asked the wrong ones understandable accidents happen mistakes happen we are human. Even though the staff members weren't very professional I stayed to be seen by the doctor. As soon as he walked in the room, he stated "you're way too young to be here" and not in a joking manner. More in a sense of why are you here at 21 not really the best way to be greeted by a medical professional. Even so I spoke with him about what might possibly help told him what was hurting how it was explained that I have received treatment. I have MRIs and everything and I explained to him I have three herniated disc in my neck alone before he ever did a physical test he had told me I'm going to prescribe you steroids along with stomach medicine to help with nausea that comes from the steroids. After he stated that he said, " you're depressed, aren't you?" and I am informed him yes, but I am going to a therapist for it. He proceeded to then ask, " would you like me to prescribe you antidepressants as well?" that statement alone coming from a pain management doctor is concerning in my opinion, especially after they heard that I am going to a therapist for my mental health. After he asked me that question and obviously I said no he started the physical test had me rock in a straight line to the wall and then told me to bend over and touch my toes. I turned my back towards the wall. I was maybe a 2 feet away from it. And bent over as soon as I bent over, he had came up behind me and put his hand on my back the other hand on my shoulder without warning, he bent me back further than I can even bend, and then proceeded to feel my stomach, and then put his hand on top of my head and used a good amount of force to the point where I was physically, unable to stand up straight due to him, forcing my head down he was compressing my neck into my shoulders and he did that for a good few minutes while moving it around still with the same amount of pressure. I left in more pain than I walked in with. I will never go back here and I suggest anyone near my age does not as well because apparently he only cares about elderly patients.

He first took X-rays to diagnose and explained in detail the cause and long-term ramifications yet a shot for now. He used a sonogram to pinpoint exactly where the injection should go. Injections are unpleasant but you want it to be on target for proper effectiveness. Unlike the previous doctor I used. Excellent bedside manner and plenty of explanation along the way. Now I see why his reviews were so good. No long waits in the outer office was his policy.

When Ashley PeSek, PA told me I shouldn't have gone to the ER and should've come to them instead,…read moreit completely dismissed the reality of what I was going through. I didn't go to the ER for no reason -- I went because All Care isn't open 24/7. I was getting worse, I couldn't sleep, and I was genuinely scared. I would've gone to urgent care, but they have the same limited office hours. When I tried to express to Ashley PeSek, PA the PTSD I've developed from previous medical encounters, I never expected her response to be, "You need to take accountability." That hit me hard. Yes, I went to the ER and eventually got the medication I needed, but only because the ER helps you first -- before asking if you're paying with debit, credit, or cash. I couldn't afford the prescription beforehand. The allergic reaction I had wasn't minor -- it came from an unknown source and caused painful, pus-filled welts that made it hard to even get out of bed. Still, she downplayed it -- questioning what the ER doctor said and reducing it to mosquito bites. I'm 21 years old. I know what mosquito bites feel like, and that wasn't it. Her response shook me because Jessica Agwumaro, PA and Dr. Osehotue Okojie would never treat me like that. They have always shown me compassion, respect, and understanding. They never judged me, and they always listened. They diagnosed conditions that other doctors overlooked, prescribed the right treatment, and helped me get better -- both physically and emotionally. So yes, I'll take accountability for not going to pick up the medication right away -- but let's be honest: accountability doesn't pay hospital bills. It doesn't buy prescriptions when you're sick, broke, and out of work. It doesn't ease the weight of medical debt. I don't live a luxurious life -- I'm just trying to survive. I'm not saying All Care is a bad clinic. In fact, I've had some truly positive experiences there, and both Dr. Okojie and Jessica Agwumaro, PA are outstanding providers. They're even listed on the clinic's website -- unlike Ashley PeSek, PA, who isn't. But I can't ignore how her care made me feel: dismissed, belittled, and emotionally drained. What I experienced with Ashley PeSek, PA felt cold, lacking empathy, and out of touch with the reality many patients face -- especially those of us who don't have a financial safety net. I'm not asking for anyone to lose their job. I just wish providers like her were required to receive more cultural competence training and psychological sensitivity education -- especially when working with vulnerable and marginalized patients. After that appointment, I sat in my car and cried. I had come in to get my FMLA paperwork filled out and was blindsided when I was told it would cost $100 per page, on top of my $65 copay. I had only brought $100, thinking that would cover everything -- and found out it wouldn't even be enough to get one page done. None of it was covered by insurance. I've been on sick leave with no income, and I've already spent everything I have on hospital visits and medication. Being told that I shouldn't have gone to the ER, or that I should've had my 17-year-old brother pick me up to get my prescription -- when the truth is I simply couldn't afford it -- was deeply hurtful. I didn't say all of that in the moment because I was already explaining I couldn't afford the FMLA paperwork. I was overwhelmed, ashamed, and emotionally exhausted. But even if I had gone into full detail, nothing should have justified the lack of compassion I felt in that room. That appointment wasn't just disappointing -- it was emotionally damaging. So no, I don't want a follow-up visit because I simply cannot afford it, nor do I have the emotional capacity for it.

She is so attentive, truly listens, and makes you feel like you matter the moment you walk in. All of my kids love her, and that says a lot... especially with teenagers who don't always open up easily. She has such a special way of making them feel comfortable and heard, which means everything to me as a mom. I honestly can't say enough good things about her. She is a truly special human, and we will not be going anywhere as long as she's there. I also want to mention Al, one of the nurses, he's been with the office for over 10 years, which really says something about the kind of place this is. He's always kind, welcoming, and consistent. It's people like Angelina and Al that make going to the doctor's office a genuinely positive experience. So grateful we found this place! And sorry it took me 10 years to create a review. She has so much compassion and is very knowledgeable. She listens without making you feel rushed And she just has a wonderful bedside manner. Most doctors don't like to talk to me, or I should say they don't listen to me when I speak about things I am experienced with. It's as if it's a blow to their ego maybe for lack of a better term. I spent 16 years as a caregiver for my mom and much of that time was studying her multiple comorbidities. I studied antibiotic classes that cause the dreaded C Difícil disease because she had that several times and often when I ask what class of antibiotic an urgent care clinic or other doctor that has prescribed some thing like that without actually knowing what the problem is, well, they seem to get perturbed. I never get that feeling with her. On the contrary, she seems to appreciate the fact that I take responsibility for health issues, educating myself in the process. It may be out of your way, it may be in what you feel like is a Lower class area of town but if you are put off by that, then you are short changing yourself on your health. And finally, as a hands on full time caregiver, I was extremely frustrated with office staff at many of my mother's doctors office staff. Her staff has been long term, seem to be happy working there, and they are all kindly efficient, on the ball, PLUS, they speak Spanish, as well as English. The fact that they are very accommodating even opening up on Sundays makes them easy and hassle free to see. I had the pleasure of meeting the other PA at that clinic and I would have no problem seeing him in Ms Josephine''s absence. If you experience anything, less than a positive experience, I would, suggest you speak up. I am absolutely convinced they will go out of their way to address your issues. I only wish I had been able to bring my mother in there for her care. Had that been the case, she may still be alive today.
