The absolute worst Açaí Bowl we've ever had, and it was $10!!! We ordered the tropical. Supposed to have pineapple, berries, bananas, coconut flakes and granola. The young lady (Ivy) warned us about the bananas being green. She offered to add more of the fruit instead. She was very nice. When we received the bowl, we noticed both the pineapple and the berries were frozen. There was nothing fresh about it. The pineapples were cute very small and had absolutely no flavor. I have just gotten to where I trust Jamba's patio chairs enough to sit in one while out in the Courtyard here. Just over 2 years ago I saw a man injured here when he went to sit and his Jamba Juice chair broke. Ordered on phone this Easter morning while I was outside still in car because, although I have the app, I recalled Oats (oat meal, make ur Own) isn't available in app. I ordered Oats with banana and a LITTLE Honey. At end of conversation I mentioned I was loyalty member but it seems the employee was no longer on the line or no longer there. Waited a few more minutes before going in because it was started to get a little crowded inside and inside is a small place. Once inside bugs were flying around. At register I stated I just called a few minutes ago to order. Seeming stunned "You called?" Yes, I did CALL. Her: "Are you a member?" Yes. Her: "What's your phone number?" ... for all other customers inside to hear. I said I thought that I might be able to swipe (scan) in using my app. Her: "Whatever suits you," then I did scan. I don't like the service here. Absent-minded and robotic. She was talking to someone else during our transaction so I did say to her more than once "there are bugs flying around in here." Unconcerned, she answered "yeah, I think somebody let them in." I wish I did not have to shout to be heard as I stood directly in front of her when she was waiting on me but she insisted on carrying on a side conversation with a co-worker. The oat meal was floating in Honey- I had only asked for a little- rendering my item inedible so I threw it out in an area trash can at The Walk. The $4.27 I spent here this Easter morning was a complete waste of money . read more

Unfortunately I have to write a one star review. I specifically asked for the smoothie to be left out rather than kept in the cooler. When I arrived they pulled it out of the cooler when I came to pick it up. A girl took my order over the phone not sure which one it was. Update: 3/18 - Rep of Company states that it is not their policy to leave orders out of the coolers. I have used this Jamba Juice for years with consistent service. I am a fresh squeezed orange juice addict and like their bread items. Starting November 11 there was no juice available and when I called the store they said machine was broken and would be fixed any day. I waited three weeks and still no interest in getting orange juice machine fixed I wrote Jamba.com and next day orange juice back on menu but it was sour. Today I made my order of orange juice and bread items and Door Dasher called me to tell me no juice again! Orange juice machine broken! When I pressed her on when fixed "maybe a week. Don't you want some orange juice concentrate?" So that solved the mystery of the sour orange juice at $10 a cup! This store has some real issues and it is frustrating to get a refund for products falsely advertised. read more

In general I like Jamba Juice and this place is no exception. Again. I'd like to give 3.5 starts (Yelp needs to work on this) because it's good product. Nothing WOW! But it's mildly expensive, without a coupon or promotion I'd probably pass. So what I'm saying is they need to step up their game and WOW you, or maybe back down the pricing a little But. I like how efficient the employees are here. They are very detailed with asking about add ons or substitutions. The Jamba menu is varied and has a lot of unique flavor combinations. They have so many options from classic smoothies to fruit or mixed fruit and veg, healthy bowls etc. I think it's a common misconception to think that because it's a juice place, everything is supposed to be healthy, low calorie or low sugar or something. I really recommend looking at the nutrition facts of their items. But I had a gift card and ordered the mango a go go regular size. The smallest size they have is a 16 oz I believe. The smoothie was fruity with a few of the frozen mango chunks, a bit tarty but decent. I've had Jamba Juice before and it's okay. Nothing special. Service was nice. The prices I think are way too much to spend on a smoothie but hey if you don't mind spending those prices for a drink then go for it. read more

Yes I know Jamba Juice is all about juice,?! Or is it... My husband and I decided to go get a quick pick me up. (Side note: In my world, a pick me up is a small snack which could be a drink or food item and helps you to bounce back up after a long day of work etc. your suppose to feel rejuvenated after such break.) I wanted to get something to eat instead of drink. I honestly thought they had only smoothies and juices. And maybe a parfait in foods. I was wrong, they had some great options for food items and I decided to try two things instead of one. Sam got a juice drink. I, however tried their breakfast wrap. Even though it was not breakfast time it felt good to order a egg and spinach wrap. It was very nicely toasted, and was warm until the last bite. I also tried their mini muffin which had some healthy ingredients in there such as raisins, seeds, carrots, etc. I'm big on my desserts and that felt great to eat something healthy but also tasted delicious. Jamba Juice is a great place to eat some yummy snacks such as flatbreads, wraps, muffins, pretzel sandwiches and fruit bowls. But what they are really known for is their freshness in their ingredients and their specialty drink creations. Overall, a great environment with quick customer service. Jamba was great per usual! It's always nice knowing that no matter how busy they are they are always able to accommodate the crowd. I ordered my usual strawberry surf rider, while my boyfriend got the peanut butter banana protein smoothie. Both of them were great and didn't take long despite the amount of people in line. I come to The Walk in Coral Springs a lot, always seen this Jamba Juice, but I never thought to come in. I usually make it to Starbucks or Yogurtland in the same area. On this particular day I wanted to have something with ginger. I ended up having the Citrus Kick. It was so refreshing. It has pineapple, apple, orange and ginger. Not one ingredient overpowered the others, maybe pineapple a little bit, but they all blended really well. Service was fast and friendly, there isn't much room to sit inside, but there are tables outside were you can sit, relax and people watch. I'll be back for more citrus kick for sure! I ordered the kale-ribbean breeze and it was my first time having it. It's a mix of mango, chia seeds, yogurt and kale. It's usually not my first choice in smoothies but it wasn't too bad. The staff here had my smoothie out quick and was understanding in my coupon not pulling up. They gave it to me anyway. I'd suggest getting the rewards app and signing up for their text rewards. If you put your phone number in their little machine, you get $2 for 16oz smoothie and in their app you get $3 off for downloading it. Plus, you earn points for future discounts. This Jamba Juice has been a landmark of "The walk" in coral springs ever since it's opened. I used to frequent this place almost daily back in the days when I was in school without a job, but I still get the chance to pop in every blue moon to enjoy a smoothie. How have I not tried their juice yet? Their smoothies are quickly made in front of you only with the finest of pure ingredients. I've never had a bad experience at jamba. Recently with a sick relative, the Jamba Juice diet quickly cured her sore throat. Or, at least it helped ease the pain. With a pretty extensive menu, they're sure to have a combo of fruits that will please you. Their super friendly staff is always attentive, and polite, and mostly genuinely seem to enjoy their job and are proud to work there. A month or two ago, there was a young gentleman who seriously went above and beyond with multi-tasking, and took pride in making sure every customer was happy every minute they were there. I wish I remembered his name but that kid's going places for sure! Tonight, as always, they still were super polite and quick and delivered an amazing smoothie. I don't find it too cheap nor too expensive, they're pretty fair. I'm not sure what I would change to make it a "5 star" review because they're pretty close, but it's not a to-die-for place that I can't live without. I don't find orange juice machines attractive. In theory they're awesome but because they dont self-clean immediately, they always make me start to think about germs. That's not their fault, its any cafe or juice bar with one, they always just remind me of being unclean. To contradict myself, most bars or restaurants occasionally have a fruit fly buzzing around that is annoying and unsanitary. Being an establishment that primarily uses fruit, it's astonishing that out of the 80+ times I've been here over the past 15 years I can't recall ever seeing one. This is a great location and a great place! Very clean and fast service. They have a great online ordering system so if you are ever in a rush it will be ready for you. I would think it taste bad since it's made ahead of time but it was still fresh and cold! My favorite is the razzmatazz or the strawberry banana! Jamba Juice has expanded tremendously for the past few years and now instead of being a pure smoothie spot like smoothie king they offer a variety of food options along with their staple of different types of juices smoothies and drinks. The location in Coral Springs is on university drive in a over crowded spot next to Barnes and nobles so parking is always a hassle. They do have a few seating options outside so you can enjoy your smoothie if the weather is great outside. I usually get the mango go go or the Caribbean passion both of which are equally good. This is a good Jamba Juice location. I used to go to the one on Cypress Creek, and that one was often inconsistent with their smoothie quality (and apparently others thought so as well, since that location is now closed). This one delivers a good-tasting smoothie every time. I came here the other day and was unfortunately stuck behind a large (and indecisive) family placing their orders. There were several workers standing around, but just one girl on a register. I was hoping someone else would hop on the other register, but no such luck.
