I was lucky to stumble on Juice Up on my annual FL trip. Their focus seems to be on healthy food, juices and smoothies. The interior was spacious, clean and modern. Lets start with drinks. Being a huge fan of ginger, I had to try their Gingerland smoothie ($9) which was made of ginger, mint, kale, pineapple, lime & agave. It was fantastic, nicely balanced with a nice gingery kick. The Almost-A-Sundae smoothie (peanut butter, banana, strawberry, dates, spinach, cacao) was also really good. I would get any of these again. Since the drinks were so good, I came back to try out their food. The Pesto Chicken Wrap ($14) was delicious, with really nice flavor and texture. It was thoughtfully constructed and easy to eat. There was also a good amount of chicken. While it wasn't cheap, the quality and large portion made it worth the price. Ditto with the Spicy Vegan Burger wrap ($14), with lots of avocado along with a house-made black been patty. Once again, nicely made, well-portioned and worth the price. Both wraps also came with tortilla chips. It's nice to have a place in the area to get all this healthy and delicious food. I'm bummed I didn't get to try any of the Acai bowls, but you bet I'll be back for them next year.

Me and my teammates stopped here after a workout- it was seriously AMAZING. Everything was fresh, flavorful and the portions were very generous. I had the vegan spicy burger wrap and the lime smoothie. Staff was so nice and definitely would come back. 10/10 :))))

The food came out incredibly fast, and the burritos were absolutely massive--the biggest burritos we've ever had! Everything was fresh, filling, and really hit the spot. The restaurant wasn't too crowded when we visited, which made for a relaxed experience, though I can see why it's become such a popular and trendy spot lately. If you're looking for a quick, satisfying meal with generous portions, Vinnie's Cafe is definitely worth checking out. We'll definitely be back!

I started coming here in early 2025 and that first visit was delicious and absolutely memorable... But if you read my original review of Vinny's Cafe, you'll see the issues I initially had... They bring in huge crowds (long lines; sometimes out the door for a good 50 foot)... and they have a lot of staff making these wraps on the assembly line but the staff are not consistent so don't be surprised if one wrap is wet and another day is dry, or one wrap is tightly rolled and another is falling apart; my biggest gripe is the fatty meat I got once so I just avoid roast beef... With that said, I have continued to come and I have learned to (1) order the wraps you know you like (don't experiment) and (2) try to use the staff you recognize from times your wrap was really good. Since then I have been ordering the same wrap every time (CHICKEN CESAR WRAP as it comes with the addition of sun-dried tomatoes) and it's been better... I also come at odd hours to avoid the insane long lines. Overall the wraps are amazing (and huge) but a bit inconsistent

They have a ton of fresh ingredients, so many protein choices, and the whole ordering process was super easy. It's one of those spots where you can actually customize exactly what you want without it feeling complicated. Everything was pretty clean and the overall setup is great. I genuinely want this place to do well because it's such a good concept. I do have two small pieces of constructive feedback -- and I'm only sharing because they're simple fixes that would dramatically improve the experience: 1. The trash can situation. Right now it's a small pop-top lid that you have to physically push down with your hand. When customers are bussing their own dishes, it ends up feeling messy and unsanitary. A larger open-top trash can (or foot pedal style) would be such an easy upgrade and would instantly make the space feel cleaner. 2. The women's restroom needs a hook or small shelf for purses. There's currently nowhere to set anything down, and it didn't feel as clean as the dining area. Even a simple wall hook would completely change that experience. Again, sharing this because I think this place has so much potential and I'd absolutely come back. With a couple small tweaks, it would be a 10/10.

They were busy inside making numerous food orders. We decided on the Sunset and Tuna wraps. The food was very fresh and tasty. The tuna was perfect for me as it wasn't drowned in mayo, there was nice balance to it. We were given complimentary soups with our wraps. The soup of the day was sweet potato. It too was very fresh tasting and delicious. They also had banana bread at the register that I couldn't resist. The price was very fair for the quality of the food you get. We will definitely be eating here again in the near future.

I was looking to break my usual post-work dinner routine with a healthier alternative. So when I…read morerealized Just Salad had recently opened, I decided to grab Pops and give this spot a shot! Going in, we timed our visit perfectly, reaching the counter to order just before the dinner rush arrived. Tonight, we ordered 1x Mezze Crunch Wrap with crispy chicken and 1x Peruvian Chicken Plate. Moving on with my review, we were both pleasantly surprised by the quality, freshness, and service! The Mezze Crunch Wrap was excellent; perfectly tossed in creamy tzatziki and packed with a vibrant blend of fresh greens, feta, tangy peppers, and tomatoes. The peruvian chicken had nice contrasting flavors between the creamy cojita cheese and aji Verde, pickled onions, and sweetness from the corn + potatoes! In addition to the food, the salad crew also took quality care in preparing our meals fresh to order. Furthermore, would like to mention that despite the ~$15 tag per entree, the meals are large enough to be split into 2 very filling portions which makes this an excellent value for the price. Overall, we had a solid experience at Just Salad tonight and would certainly come here again. Final rating 5/5 stars!

Just Salad and I have had a complicated relationship…read more Some visits have been excellent. Some have been disappointing. It's been a little like dating someone who alternates between bringing you flowers and forgetting your birthday. But this visit? This wasn't a dip in the roller coaster. This was the roller coaster jumping the tracks, catching fire, and somehow landing in the parking lot. What should have been one of the simplest restaurant transactions imaginable turned into a master class in how to make customers regret spending $40 on two salads. Let's start with the reusable bowl program. My wife and I purchased the reusable bowls directly from Just Salad as part of their promotion. The whole point is that bringing them back earns you a free premium item on your salad. Seems straightforward. We brought the bowls. We ordered the premium additions. We got charged for them anyway. I had to point out the bowls and explain the program before the charges were removed. Strike one. Then I asked to have the points from the purchase added to my loyalty account. The response? "Too late." Too late? I was literally standing at the register. The transaction wasn't even cold yet. Apparently there is a secret window of opportunity for loyalty points that closes faster than a Black Friday doorbuster sale. And here's my question: Why do I have to ask at all? It's your loyalty program. Shouldn't the restaurant be asking customers whether they're members instead of acting like points are a classified government secret? Strike two. Then came the dining room experience. We ordered two salads and two drinks and planned to eat there. No tray. We had to ask for one. Then my wife asked for a fork. The employee handed her exactly one fork. I asked why there was only one fork for two people. Without missing a beat, he responded: "She only asked for one." Now, I don't know what kind of advanced dining experience we're running here, but the last time I checked, most people don't share a single fork while eating two separate salads. Do customers typically eat the second salad with their fingers? Should we have drawn straws to determine who got utensil privileges? For forty dollars, I wasn't expecting white-glove service. But I was expecting two forks. And maybe just a tiny amount of common sense. The most frustrating part is that none of these issues were major on their own. It's the accumulation. Inconsistent food quality. Inconsistent service. Being charged for benefits that are supposed to be free. No loyalty points. No tray. One fork. And an overwhelming attitude that suggested helping customers was somehow an inconvenience. Forty dollars for two salads should come with a side of customer service. Instead, it came with a side of indifference. I'm done. One star. Good riddance, Just Salad. There are plenty of restaurants that would be thrilled to take my $40 and provide something that shouldn't be this difficult: consistency, competence, and basic customer service.

"Classic" is right -- because apparently, the chicken remembered the good old days when seasoning was optional. The veggies, though, were crisp, colorful, and looked like they'd been handpicked by angels with salad tongs. Sadly, the dressing that once sang with flavor now kind of hummed softly in the background, like it forgot the lyrics. I went with the Thai Thai Salad, which came dressed in a "spicy peanut" sauce that was delicious... for the brief moment it actually touched anything. The poor thing was so watery it slid right off the veggies and pooled sadly at the bottom, like it had given up halfway through the job. I found myself chasing flavor with my fork like a treasure hunter at low tide. Giardino's still feels fresh, healthy, and friendly -- just missing that spark it used to have. If Yelp ever gives us half-stars, they'd get a solid 3.5 for nostalgia and effort. But until then, let's call it three stars and a drizzle of watery peanut dressing.

I love that this company was founded by a former teacher, Ody Lugo who was inspired to create this restaurant in order to educate her students and other people about where there food comes from. In just nine months, Ody and her husband Kevin were able to open their first Giardino Gourmet Salads in 2004. This Giardino Salads opened in 2022 on University Drive in Coral Springs near Rita's Italian Ice, Gyroville, and First Watch. It is tucked in a back corner so it is a bit hidden from the street. After a little chit chat with the doctor I'm on a mission to clean up my diet for the next three months before another round of blood work. To that end I decided to make a healthier choice and stopped by Giardino's for lunch. Their menu offers hand crafted salads, wraps, grain bowls, and soup from locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. You can chose one of their selections or create your My Way by choosing a base, four toppings, a scoop of protein, dressing or sauce, and if you are ordering a salad croutons or plantain chips. They offer in-restaurant dining, takeout, delivery, and catering. The people who were working were very friendly and welcoming. I decided on the Parisian Salad made with baby leaf and romaine greens, fresh mozzarella, green apples, red grapes, almonds, and apple honey cider vinaigrette. It comes with garlic croutons but I left them off and instead got a scoop of the tropical chicken salad. They are willing to customize any order to your personal taste. This salad was absolutely delicious. All of the fruit and veggies were crisp and fresh. I appreciated the recommendation of a quinoa bowl next time. That is something I want to incorporate into my diet as quinoa has twice as much protein as rice, less calories, and it can help to lower cholesterol and control blood sugar levels. My salad was $15 which is a little pricey but I really enjoyed it and I will definitely be back to treat myself to another great tasting, healthy meal.
