STAY AWAY! Don't use this company, a one man show. You will deal with John who not only is a nasty…read moreperson, but is also dishonest. He cost me $1700 TWICE for a one week condo. He never admitted to a third party being involved when he took my card and made the payment. When the condo assoc. never received my money, I was forced to pay again, if I wanted the condo. They promised to return my original payment when they received it. I was not aware of any third party merchant and therefore, it became a witch hunt to try to locate where the funds were. I had to fight with multiple merchants to locate where this large sum of money went. When I finally discovered this third party merchant, I asked John multiple times about them. He claimed to know nothing about it. It took me FOUR MONTHS and endless phone calls and paperwork to locate the funds and get my money back. John was the cause of the problem and the most unfriendly, miserable person to do business with. He did not want to be bothered and had no concern for me being charged TWICE for a condo he booked for me. He has zero customer service and people skills. If you want to do business with a travel agent that is decent, honest and customer-service driven, this is definitely not the place. Stay far away if you value your money. This guy doesn't deserve even one star.

Talked to him on the phone and he literally yelled at me for 5 minutes after I asked a question. He had crazy mood swings in a ten minute phone call from being polite to yelling.
