Charles knew nothing about my case, what the terms I was supposed to be under for bond or anything. It was very clear he was only here to get paid and reset the hearing until they negotiated a better deal. That was it, to me, this case was a really major deal as I had a huge job opportunity waiting for this case to finish worth over a million dollars. With that in the understanding I would've paid anything to get this taken care of. He didn't even understand any of that. He never got to know me or the case or what was going on, or what my needs were. If he would have done his job i think this case would have been worth $20-$30k but he only charged me $5k which was the first thing that made me suspicious. He's a cut, or copy and paste attorney. If you want a bulldog that will stop at nothing, this isn't your guy. This is a cookie cutter, following his daddy's legacy.

I opted to allow…read morethe public an opportunity to read a public complaint as the State Bar will likely be dismissive... no need for Mark to "set the record straight on this one, as I've obtained some very telling text messages from him I could add to this review --if he'd prefer. My experience with Mark Moracsh was marked by rude and unprofessional behavior. Communication felt dismissive and, at times, condescending, especially when asking for basic information about the case. In addition to the poor interpersonal conduct, there were serious performance issues--missed deadlines, lack of timely updates, and inaccurate filings with the court. These are fundamental responsibilities of any attorney. Clients should expect both competence and professionalism. Unfortunately, I experienced neither here. Mr. Morasch made decisions in my case without my knowledge, consent, or approval. As a client--particularly one who is knowledgeable about legal matters--I expect transparency and collaboration, neither of which were consistently provided. There were also basic errors in filings. In at least one instance, he incorrectly identified me as the defendant when I was the plaintiff. Additionally, he filed discovery without my authorization, and the timing of that filing was late, resulting in a change to a scheduled hearing date. More concerning, Mr. Morasch entered an appearance in a separate matter after I had explicitly instructed him not to do so. Despite clear direction, he proceeded anyway. When I raised these issues directly, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating, "I don't give a shit." Overall, this experience reflected a lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and disregard for client direction. I cannot recommend his services.

What type of "Lawyer" posts all their clients business on the web? Someone who is feeling guilty & wants to deflect the attention of himself. A trash lawyer to say the least. He rushed my case and didn't treat me like a priority at all whatsoever. As soon as I made my last payment to him to start he showed his true colors. Making racist remarks regarding my case. Thankfully now the case is over. I had to seek out another lawyer who explained in further detail my options (which Mark never did) and got me an amazing deal as I had NO PRIORS NO FELONIES. He also went on to say Mark should've been able to get me a better deal if not thrown out COMPLETELY. Again beware of the pompous pig.
