I was seen by Dr David O'Donnell & Joyce where we discussed my options which put my mind at ease. I had not gotten my dentures at this office but by a well known national dental office that I would never return to. They sent my denture out to be fixed & I received a call from Wanda the very next day along with an 11am appt. The denture was fixed & I was able to leave my house once again lol! The professionalism & kindness I was shown from Dr O'Donnell, Joyce & Wanda was beyond heart warming! And the price ( no dental insurance) was extremely reasonable. Then they acted like we should have known that anthem no longer covered this. I read an article that greatly shroud whether panoramic x rays should be done in addition to serial x rays. The article I read says panoramic images are prone to distortion and artifacts. It also stated that the amount of pathology discovered with panoramic vs serial xrays was negligible. The front office people were definitely not nice. Be sure when you book that you are clear what you want and ask them to let you know if they will be upcharging.

My anxiety was off the charts as I entered the door...the girl who cleaned my teeth was so sweet and gentle, that I barely felt anything except her kind words...but the thought of the crown removal drove me into a panic attack and I could not allow Dr. Libbey to proceed...she sooo very kindly said it was OK and I could return next time and try again. Third visit was my second attempt at the crown and she allowed me to take my prescription of xanax before we began. It was awesome-no pain...no anxiety. She was always so kind and concerned about me each visit. Today was my final visit for the crown- I no longer needed medication, because I was anxiety free for the FIRST time visiting a dentist EVER! My original destination for a root canal was weeks away and I could not wait! I was referred to Dr. Stanley. I called barely able to talk and thank the rainbows and stars they got me in the next day- they even called me in earlier!? (I almost went in my cow onesie). The front office greeted me with a smile and knew who I was right away with sincerity based on my teary phone call yesterday in need of an immediate appointment. As soon as I walked into the office, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Stanley was smooth as butter numbing the area and giving me a painless root canal in under an hour!! I had immediate relief. I went from tears of pain to smiling again- even though my lips were lopsided from the numbing agent( I didn't care). The front office is very cheerful and positive. There's always an age appropriate movie on. The front desk workers are kind and courteous. Dr. S has been amazing. We've been taking all three kids here for many years. They're consistent. This team is truly amazing with kids. They explain everything meticulously. They even break down what insurance will pay on UPCOMING visits. Kids in the chair are able to choose flavors of fluoride, wear sunglasses during the visit to protect their eyes... even choose MOVIES to watch while undergoing more stressful procedures. I would recommend this place to ANYONE in this area... and if we ever move..we'll travel back for dentist appointments.
