I broke my hand/finger last month and needed to see an orthopedic while in Florida this month…read more Someone from the Maryland orthopedic office said to try Orthopedic Center of Florida to have cast removed and hand/finger checked. I saw PA Matt Walk - he was wonderful! Very nice, professional, thorough, and patiently explained everything. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - from checkin, X-ray, through checkout. Lexie and another of the medical assistants were also great! My cast was very thick and difficult to cut off. And although I hope to never see them again - I highly recommend!

They said they have someone call me again. They called and left the number. try call back that number you can get a hold of nobody. You can never get a hold of nobody. I've used the numbers multiple times it's always a message system almost 2 weeks in I called and punch in a different request on the system to get a hold of somebody try to explain my situation they tried to direct me to the same number. I told them no one answers no one replies. They told me that that wasn't right of them that they will call them directly and let them know what the responsibility of their office is with the patients I ended up canceling my surgery and all of a sudden I get a call within three days after that cancellation to reschedule my surgery I'm gonna pass and the office manager is condescending and rude tone

I have left phone messages at the "general mailbox" on 3 occasions. I received one call back out of 3. The one call back involved a person who said she could not find me in her system, and otherwise could not help me. This is AFTER I've already seen a doctor, had X-rays, etc. I know it's difficult to get good help these days with the labor shortage. But it's so easy to have an effective automated phone system. I own a business myself, you just have to pay a little more money, work on the details and help to support your patients/clients. Let's get it together and improve folks!!
