First came across Modern Kitchen Makeovers after seeing an advert in the Halesowen News. Had a look at the website and was very impressed as it answered all of my questions and i was looking for a new kitchen. Spoke directly to the company owner James who explained that it was his company and he would be fitting our job if we decided to go ahead with it. We were very impressed at his professionalism and has certainly got his head screwed on when it comes to business. Some of the things he explained i had never heard of before but we were impressed with what he showed us and his proposal of work. The price was a lot less that we thought and couldn't believe how great the kitchen looked after woods. It now looks like a show home and all supplied fitted and rubbish removed for 1200 pounds. I love a great service and i am happy to recommend anyone that gives me such, so on that basis i would recommend James and Modern Kitchen Makeovers to everyone, it is a great idea he has come up with, and during the economic state as it is its great for people like us who want to improve their home without breaking the bank. Great example of how to give a good service, good on you James. We are very pleased with the outcome and glad we decided to do business with you. Full Marks. read more

I'm writing this on behalf of my mother who is 66 and as you can imagine not very computer literate. She would just like to say a hugh thankyou to james and Modern kitchen Makeovers for the work they have done in making her kitchen usable again and looking brand new. It was too much to have a new kitchen and your kitchen makeover really does make it look like a brand new kitchen and we are thrilled to have saved thousands by using modern kitchen makeovers instead of magnet and b&q.. Dreadful experience. Whitlock & Lowe Ltd - trading as Prime Oak and Julius Bahn - should be avoided…read moreat all costs! They made big promises but delivered none. After paying a 15k deposit, communication was a nightmare. It was never clear what parts of the build and finishes were actually being provided and whenever we tried to get clarification, all we got was jargon and vague answers that made us feel stupid for even asking. We felt completely lost, and it always seemed like Whitlock & Lowe/Prime Oak was making things deliberately complicated. Even our builder tried speaking to them directly and couldn't get any sense out of them. He was left just as baffled and frustrated as we were. The constant confusion and lack of transparency turned what should have been an exciting project into a stressful mess. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid at all costs.

HI JAMES its Dean from Long Innage Halesowen, just want to say for anyone reading we are absolutley amazed at that modern kitchen makeovers have done in our kitchen. Weve had exactly what the name suggests, absolutely thrilled with james and his business, very courteous and professional tidy and puntual and one of the hardest working people ive ever met and the end result looks the business. Fantastic price as well would recommend to anyone thinking of having work in their kitchen done black gloss and walnut worktops looks fab. Hello, we are over the moon with the service and quality of work from modern kitchen makeovers, read a lot of reviews before enquiring and we are another happy customer as it seems. Pleasure to do business with and we are so happy with our kitchen. It looks brand new, some great ideas we had not thought of. Just had worktop replacement, replacement soft-closing drawers, new sink and appliances by modern kitchen makeovers. Not a massive job but we're very impressed by their service indeed. James worked non stop and was finished in 2 days. Place looks brand new even though we have only had a small job done, very interested in having our doors replaced by them to finish it off nicely. Recently had a kitchen makeover by Modern Kitchen Makeovers and i am thoroughly impressed. Workmanship is perfect, doors and worktops are excellent quality and everything was completed within 3 days with now mess. Rubbish was removed from the garage on the last day.
