When making our appointment the receptionist was very helpful and was able to answer questions appropriately, and even found an appointment that was perfect for us. When we arrived for the first time we called to inform them we were in the parking lot and they let us know we could go inside. We were treated with a temperature check and lots of masked smiles. Our hygienist was Kayla and she was so great with our little one. She took note of the preference sheet and knew just how to make our little one smile. Dr. Chinonis greeted us almost immediately and assessed the lip tie and explained the procedure. The lip tie was taken care of in less than 1 min with minimal crying and bleeding.
