This place is a joke. I was evaluated in February for my…read morewisdom teeth and was told by the dentist personally, he could do all 4, even after looking at the x rays. We made an appointment which was 2 months away from the evaluation. (soonest availability) The day of the appointment, (10 minutes before leaving to Morgantown) I received a call saying he could not do the procedure because I needed an oral surgeon to do it and be put to sleep. I took off days from work for this. He had 2 months to look over my x rays again and see what he could do. But regardless, from day 1 he assured me it would be just fine. I called and expressed my frustration and the inconvenience they caused me. The dentist was very inconsiderate and disrespectful of the situation, he later told me he could do the top 2 and have the bottom 2 done by the oral surgeon. Then, they told me another doctor will be coming into their office on May 17 and he does surgeries like this often, but they still only use nitrous gas for the procedure. Which does not make sense if the dentist already there could not do the procedure because I needed to be asleep. The soonest appointment that was available with an actual Oral surgeon is in August. Now after all this waiting, anticipation, discomfort and canceling jobs with my clients, I have to wait FOUR months to get this resolved. This place screwed me! I am very upset and in extreme pain. This is not how you handle patients. Thank you for all the bullsh*t you put me through. It was extremely unprofessional. I hope everyone reads this and knows how you handle your patients.
