I've had to drive to the location to see if my results were in twice and someone was suppose to call. They never did?!?! I pay for a service and yet you can't even provide me information on my body. It's now officially New Years?!? They've done a pep smear on me and absolutely nobody has contacted me since. I will never return to this place. How do you not contact a patient on there results but yet we did a full exam. It's been over 30 days?!?!?!?!? Never heard of this?!?!?! Don't forget the entire office is closed between 12-1pm because the whole damn building goes on lunch?!?!? This place is pathetic!

Which caused the appointment to be longer than it should of been. 2nd visit ~ I was told to be seen 1st that I should arrived by 7:45am. Ok I arrived 7:50 and was there on a Wednesday until 8:30am not only were they closed but, no one showed up. Because of this I was late to work and never received service. 3rd visit ~ I should of knew that service wasn't going to be any better when the young lady that checked me in asked me my name 3-4times. The service here is extremely un-organized and again I was there longer than I should of been. Due to my frustration, of waiting, them not being able to find needles, patient info not being communicated that should of been discussed w/the nurse assistant, the Dr & nurse asst not being familiar with what is going on and familiar with where to locate what...I decided to pay the extra few dollars so, I would NOT have to worry about coming back if I can avoid it.

My experience on yesterday with Dr. Gandy was a amazing and the entire staff customer service is phenomenal! When I first arrived at the facility, I did have issues with finding the building once I parked in the garage. I must say it's very frustrating when you get there, because they have different elevators for different floors. BUT........... Once I got to the 11th floor it was a breeze, and the front desk clerk Ashley instructed me how to get there easily the next time. The nurse was a sweetheart, patient, and listened to all of my concerns. When Dr. Gandy came in, I felt a weight off of my shoulders. I literally asked to get tested for every single thing from cancer, diabetes, thyroid disease, and anything else that I could be tested on. I feel as you get older you should have yearly test on every single thing that could be a hazardous to your health. Dr. Gandy had great bedside manner, listened to my every concern, and was the SWEETEST!!!!! Since I'm a new patient I had to wait almost 8 months to see her, but it was so worth it. I most definitely see why everyone online rave about her, because it most definitely is true. She is one of the best family physicians that, I've seen since I've been living in Atlanta. However, I was impressed with the service that GVS provided. There got my patient seen within one hour of me calling to schedule an appointment for my patient.
