If you as a patient need anything related to your medical needs and if you are under their care for a chronic condition, Stay away!! I will be looking for another provider.

I switched to a different nephrology clinic because they are so bad. Frequently did not capture or…read moreorder all the labs I needed, were slow to order immunosuppressants with speciality pharmacy unless I called (specialty was always calling me in a panic bc the orders weren't approved or sent). The final straw was when I had an appt this past July and I waited for 45 min, but the Dr never showed up. I left because I had to go to work and had a meeting at 10 am (the appt was for 8:45 am, there was no reason to be that delayed and by 9:30 I was over it and walked out). On top of that they charged me for the visit and filed with my insurance after I explicitly told them twice I refused to pay for the visit bc no one showed up. I called my insurance provider and they called and asked to see the office medical records. There were none (bc the visit didn't happen), so after this they cancelled the claim and stopped sending me bills. They shouldn't have charged for this in the first place and it was only bc I was so diligent they let it go. The receptionist at the Austell location is SO nice and professional. I hope she gets a better job elsewhere bc the med techs and other staff there are rude af. As a transplant patient I do not have time for this kind of nonsense. There is too much at risk to be this sloppy. I don't need my Dr to be my bestie but I do need the admin and medical team to be professional and do the actual job (and not bill me for non existent visits). That is NOT asking for too much.
