This man will railroad you if given the opportunity and this is exactly what he did to me. I could have just paid the ticket and been done. Instead I paid this man three hundred dollars to fight this and keep it off my record. The results I got from this was not even a phone call I got an email from his secretary with the results of him going to court for me. Keep in mind this was a ticket. Now I'm on probation for three months, I owe the court over three hundred dollars and I was never asked if this was ok . He just tossed me under the buss because he didn't want to have to deal with arlington courts because they require him to be there in person and he can't do it from his office. Pure laziness. I'm in a far worse position now than i was before I hired this crook. If you have any sense keep looking DO NOT hire this man. You will regret it !!!!

Toby Shook's website showed that he got dismissal for a case just like mine. So after having a bad experience at two firms in a different city I rolled the dice. They were the nicest folks. Treated me with true Texan friendliness. Listened to my case, was very informative, made no promises, but thought it could be dismissed. In less than two months both charges were dismissed. I would highly recommend this law firm over at least two others that ripped me off before I went to Shook. He ain't the cheapest, but he is effective. I will trade dollars for bars any day.
