She gave me terrible information and when I told her I had fibromyalgia and needed light touch, she didn't seem to hear me say that and was very rough with my skin. I've been to chiropractors for a long time and they knew how to adjust me without causing me much pain. And I was promised an ice pack on my way out but since I didn't sign up for their program, I left empty handed and sore. No more chain chiropractors for me. Ever again.
