Love, love, Love! I have been coming here for well over a year. I also bring my children They enjoy coming and know it helps and they always feel better afterwards. The staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating.The office is festive for all the holidays. It's just a cheerful place that smells nice and clean and I always leave better than I came in. Diminished quality of service Unethical business practices More interested in money than providing service When we first went to Zink Chiropractic the doctors and staff were both very attentive and compassionate. My entire family of 4 needed adjustment so we decided to go with the $300/month long-term family plan as an economical path to making the most of the services they offered. The doctors and staff provided competent, effective care. After a three months, the level of service began dropping noticeably and continued on a downward trend for the remainder of our time with Zink. After 5 months, we received notice that my dependent mother-in-law would require her own separate plan, a contradiction from the staff's verbal commitment when inquired before we signed her up there a couple weeks prior. This deviation was driven by the business manager with no disagreement from the doctors and other staff despite previous commitment. A few weeks later, I had to relocate my family to another state for work. Zink's business manager refused to let us out of the 1-year long-term agreement even though we had only used the services slightly more than 1/2 the year. Further, we were relocated to another state. We did not stop service at Zink in order to change to another chiropractic provider. Bottom line: If you sign up for a long-term contract at Zink, do not expect a long-term commitment of quality service, just a long-term financial commitment. Worst place I have ever been. Total scam, only interested in money. My back was hurting and went for a few adjustments. One morning I had my adjustment like normal but was hurting more then normal afterwards. While doing some housework I felt a pop in my back. I called zink in tears and they told me to come back in and did another adjustment without listening to me or looking at my back. Next morning I started having back spasms... they felt like electrical jolts. Then from my thighs down my legs went numb. I went to ER and they did a MRI and found out I had a herniated disk and that Zink should never have touched my back when I said I had felt a pop. I spent 6 months going to another chiropractor getting my back fixed and the feeling in my legs back.....DONT TRUST THIS PLACE read more

Not just a place you can go and get adjusted. Like going and getting a massage. Becoming a new patient with insurance cost me $200 my first visit. And wanted me to come back the very next day for 15mins and $45. They didn't really tell me what to expect. Would have NEVER paid $200 for the NOTHING they did. Worst experience of my life! Went in almost a year ago, looking to get some relief from my back pain. Had my neck adjusted when I didn't ask for it. Only wanted relief from the pain that was expressed while meeting with Dr. Zink. Well needless to say every since the first appointment my neck has never been the same I have been in pain almost every day, I have had to be put in physical therapy for my neck as well as trigger injections in the back of my head. Oh and the best part! I still have the same back pain so on top of everything I gained a new problem. I would never refer these people to my worst enemy! I have went to Chiropractors in other states and have had fantastic experiences and results to add context to this review. This operation is way to big to be personal. More like an assembly line. No discussion whatsoever with a qualified staff member before being ushered to the back for x-rays. The extremely young "technician" who initially attempted the x-rays took at least 5-6 scans before it became quickly apparent she had no idea what she was doing. She leaves the room and comes back with another "technician" (to my relief-or so I thought) who took another 5-6 scans exposing me to who knows how much radiation. From there it was off to a rolling massage table which honestly seemed to be hurting my back more than anything. After this I finally met Dr. Zink face to face who spent a whopping 5 minutes with me reviewing the "expert" x-rays, whisks me over to a standing table for an adjustment, then shows me the way to the cashier/receptionist who happily informs my total visit is over $300.00 after insurance?? Primary cost are the "expert x-rays" that were taken by the totally incompetent young "technicians"?? I am not trying to be mean in writing this review only honest. I would never in good conscience refer anyone to this office. The x-rays are a scam and this seems to get everyone based on previous reviews. This is a volume based vs. quality based operation and you will get this sense the minute you step into this "gym" like atmosphere of a so-called chiropractic practice. You can do better I promise. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I can't respect a medical office who has complete disregard for a patient's time, personal choices, and desire to be involved in their own Healthcare. Just be warned that after you wait an hour for treatment they will take you in a room and ask you to stand against a wall without ever talking to you or asking you if you will take an x ray. Regardless of whether or not it's medically neccessary. Regardless of whether or not you may have recent x rays they could request from a legitimate medical office. To me that just screams we are trying to bill your medical carrier and you for everything we can. Some chiropractors are great, but Zink is the reason the good ones get a bad rap for being a load of crap. If that's really part of their medical philosophy they should be upfront with you and talk to you about it. Not try to sneak that in and send you a bill for several hundred dollars. read more
