After a hiatus of not trying anymore, I decided to give Dr Morrow a chance. My first visit, his only concern was to fix the tooth I came in for. Unlike previous dentist, he did not berate me or spend 20 minutes explaining how this is all my fault. NO. NONE OF THAT. He treated me like a long time patient and completely fixed the tooth in one visit. Furthermore, I've been back several times now and have begun a long journey to repairing what's left of my teeth, and this is the only place I'd ever recommend. ****MOST IMPORTANTLY**** With insurance, my patient cost is far more reasonable than I had anticipated, and they accept Care Credit which makes it easier for the big jobs. Now here's the part that shocks me; recently I had 2 root canals, post (a screw inserted into the remaining tooth) and crowns put in side by side. It took an hour and I had absolutely NO PAIN or discomfort! Listen, I left the office and went straight to DQ for lunch. Not so much as an Advil was needed in the hours or even days after. ZERO PAIN. It's also worth noting that he does everything possible to save a tooth rather than replace it. I would have sworn the 4 teeth he overhauled, were beyond saving and would need implants. And rarely have I made a second appearance of any of them. But 3 years ago, after something broke in my mouth, I turned to the yellow pages and found Dr. Rosenzweig. His staff was kind enough to get me in same day and I was very happy to have found him. The front office staff and his hygienists are great, very kind. And Dr. Brian (for short, since I can't really pronounce his name) takes the time to explain things to me and even answers my silliest of questions with patience. The dental assistant completely explained what the x rays revealed. Most complete set I have had in my 65 years. Best explanation ever. Dr. Wood then came in and explained why my tooth was hurting and gave options to repair. I was totally impressed with everyone. Friendly, Very professional and exceptionally informative. They all had places to go, yet there was not the feeling that I was a hindrance to get there. All total I was in the office for 1.5 hours and it went fast. The downside is that at the end I was ushered into an office and offered a complete dental repair. It was very low key, no high preasure sales. I left with a 4 page detailed list of work that needed to be done and the cost for each part. I came in for a tooth ache not to repair 65 years of dental neglect. I am returning for a cleaning and will return for regular dental work in the future.
