The toxic water caused various types of cancer. I developed a large brain tumor which took my surgeon twelve hours to remove. I had to follow up with five Cyberknife treatments. A few years later, I had more Cyberknife treatments because I developed more tumors. This firm is doing a good job representing me. The only complaint I have is their lack of communication on the status of my claim. They send out a video periodically to a group of clients telling us the status as a whole. We don't receive regular status updates on our individual claims. They are a large firm and probably have hundreds of Camp Lejeune clients. I can understand why they aren't able to notify every one the status of their claim on a regular basis. They will give me the status when I call them. I can only give them three stars now as my claim has not yet been settled. If I get a settlement, I will know it's because of how hard they worked on my behalf. When that happens, I will give them five stars.

Now I have another Attorney from North Carolina telling me that I have to sign and notorize court documents related to my deceased father's "estate." Below is the letter I received from that firm. When I reached out to Krause & Kinsman today and Attorney Lisa Joyce is instructing me to complete this request. I feel we have all been duped and I am afraid to sign anything! *************************************** Dear Nicole, Our office is handling the Estate of (name hidden) opened with the Onslow County Clerk of Court on behalf of your law firm Krause & Kinsman. Because no settlement funds have been received for the Camp LeJeune toxic water claim, the Clerk of Court requires that you, as Administrator, must file an Annual Account each year that the Estate remains open without having received any funds. If you received an "Order to File" from the Clerk's office, it is because they have not received the Annual Accounting for this year. The clerk requires this filing to confirm that no funds have been distributed. Please sign, notarize, and email or fax the form to our office at your earliest convenience. Please mail the original form to 4030 Wake Forest Rd, Ste 319, Raleigh, NC 2609. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Sader Law has been an incredible team to work with as we were navigating stressful and…read moreinsurmountable student loan debt. For some context, the original loan amount started at $150K, which is already a large sum. However we faced job loss right after graduation and as payments on the loans were to begin. Long story short, after years of no to low income and constant deferment, the interest and fees inflated the loans to over half a million dollars. A monthly payment of $4k was expected otherwise we would face damaging wage garnishment. This was such a devastating situation and we had no hope of a way out. We knew we needed to find a firm that specializes in student loan debt and came across Sader Law Firm. We connected with Neil Sader who was very compassionate towards our situation and talked us through the possible next steps we could take. It was the first time in a long time that we felt we had some hope in such a difficult situation. We were soon paired with Stephan Skepnak, the awesome associate attorney with Sader Law, and worked through a solid action plan. He advised us on how to connect with the loan holders and convert our loans so that they could not only be properly consolidated for the most optimal repayment plan, but also deferred under the current moratorium. Stephan was always very open and honest; always presenting us with the best path forward and one that would benefit us in the long run. The team at Sader truly cares for their clients and were willing to invest the time and energy to place us in the best position for long term success. We'll be continuing to work with them in the future and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
