Rather than just letting this go because the pharmacy said so, he called me to come into the office to be tested to verify an allergic reaction to antibiotics. His heart and dedication to his patience is always his priority. I can't thank him enough for keeping me well. The office runs very well. The staff is always dedicated to your comfort. PS. I Had and appointment for mid afternoon next day. Had to reschedule as my ride had the flu. I canceled at 3:30 day before a 1pm apt. approx 21 hrs prior to my scheduled apointment. I Was happily notified i would be receiving a $35 non 24hr notice cancelation fee. Have to admit lady on phone was excited. I so understand its in policy under 24hrs but be real. being it wasnt a missed apointment but a call a day before to reschedule, not cancel, i would think they would want the multiple return visits that i would likely require along with good ratings and refferals. instead of quick $35 client loss. That $35 earned them a lossed client and referrals, I cancelled permanenatly to justify paying $35. They get no business from me or anyone I talk to. I made sure my referring Dr. Was notified also of this greedy sillyness. Gave her a better option to refer. She doesnt believe in charging for rescheduled apointments as do most all of the professionals I use. No results, no concern, not cutomer inclined, money grabbing with a smile. In the last year, I was informed that I would be seeing Ashley for my HRT. Then within a month, I learned that Ashley was gone and I received a call from the Flying Horse company. They told me I could pay a $25 monthly fee to continue to receive HRT and I still would have to pay for that HRT monthly too. They didn't answer my questions of why Kim left, why Ashley left, and why I wasn't given a heads up and I had been leaving messages for 2 weeks asking for HRT refills. Sad, but Dr. J sold himself to money. It's sickening! Luckily I was able to find Kim Brown who is on her own now. I WAS sending clients over to Dr. J, but now I have send 6 of my own clients to Kim Brown. BIG MISTAKE by Dr. J. Now this place is a circus, RUN!!!!
