My insurance advised me that they never were billed. I want my 160 back that you guys took out with out authorization on for the second time. And actually bill the insurance. At the point you guys are committing fraud and I'm so disappointed. No one helps me, the billing department will confirm they have my insurance but still charge me for an appointment with out insurance and refund and take the money back out. They talk crap about you over the phone while "waiting on hold" but never actually placed on hold. I'm so disappointed that this company allows this, and is taking money away from people. Please avoid at all cost.

He has turned into a complete shell of himself since working with her. She tells him "Focus on your peace. Will your marriage work? Probably not."; "You're either going to leave or you're going to stay and it won't go well."; "Call a lawyer and say 'I want to divorce my wife'"; "Stop thinking about her and the (step)kids. Those aren't your kids. You didn't bring them into the world." "There's no way of knowing what was or isn't genuine. Personality disorders are made. My belief is its trauma or poor parenting. It can be being spoiled. You're not taught how to be self sufficient or how to deal with frustration or discipline. The more you try to run, they only know one way: everyone gives me what I want. With a full blown personality disorder, it is trauma. The impact is hurting you." "I think it's better to say nothing...because she might use it against you. You are not withholding affection, you are creating boundary. You are trying to protect yourself." She also heard her mocking and laughing at me for having been married twice before and for using emojis in my text to my sister-in-law asking her to talk to my husband for me to help our marriage. It's unbelievable and so frustrating because there is so little that can be done once a therapist gaslights your spouse. BE CAREFUL!!!!

I saw a counselor for a long time who was working toward licensure. At the time I saw her, I was in…read morean abusive relationship with two small kids. Her counsel centered around me placating my husband's anger. When I started to open up about trauma flashbacks relating to potential SA, she spent half the session telling me a story about her own SA. every session began with a disgusting "check in" she entered on her computer and she asked me about my "sexual appetite." It disgusted me and made me feel sick especially when in the height of abusive dynamic. additionally, my abusive husband and I tried to do the marriage intensive. the therapist centered my husband, called me invalidating, and told my husband he was trying to "get him some" because they uphold the very outdated and not trauma informed view that marriage should include sex. the emotional health of my marriage was deplorable and my husband already felt entitled to my body. this was the most damaging experience. I highly caution anyone going here that these are NOT trauma informed practices and while they won't talk about religion if you don't want to, they are coming from very dated religious (Liberty) framework and therapy modalities. CAUTION and DO NOT RECOMMEND if you have any kind of trauma.

DO NOT GO HERE. I started seeing a counselor with Wyndhurst. I didn't mind the sessions, and I was…read moredoing them telehealth, which they said would be fine. Then after three sessions, they gave me an abrupt call where they said I was "too depressed" to see telehealth and that I would need to see someone in person in my area. I was referred to that counselor directly by her boss. Yet I was not given a refund or even a good reason for why I was being dropped. THIS PLACE WILL SCAM YOU. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

One star after 5 "visits". What a waste of time building some sort of trust with a counselor…read moreregarding a marital issue. Being a self-paid customer, you had to pay in advance of the appointment. No worries, that's to be expected. Show up late to the hour appointment you already paid for? They keep the cash for the whole hour, and there is NO way to contact the counselor. Everything is done through a web portal. They don't call you. You CAN'T call them back. You can call the home office, and they claim to attempt to reach the counselor. Respond to the counselor via the portal asking if you can use the rest of the hour you paid for? No response. This is a DESPICABLE practice for a pseudo-religious organization. Take your money and your peace somewhere else. I will specifically call out counselor EVAN for this. The home office just never replies to your request. It must be in their business model to take the cash and run. Highest disrecommendation I have ever given any business anywhere... AVOID!

It is with great regret that I give this 1 star…read more My assessment was completely botched -- the results portray me as an entirely different person and are wildly inaccurate. I showed my family and friends, and we had a good laugh! According to this evaluation, I apparently do not have the long-standing, medically diagnosed conditions I've had since adolescence -- congenital ones that directly affect neurodivergent traits. This level of misrepresentation is not only false, but harmful and disrespectful. I have not yet had the opportunity to attend a review appointment, though I was sent a brief review by email. While this practice is typically responsive, communication has significantly dropped off since then. My final appointment was also very odd and rushed -- the evaluator appeared to be inebriated, which was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. I also specifically requested focus on certain areas of concern during the brain mapping -- requests that were ignored. My family and I paid out of pocket for this, believing it would focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder and memory, as had been discussed. Instead, the evaluation was vague, incomplete, and ultimately unhelpful. I walked away feeling like this entire process was a waste of time, energy, and money. UPDATE: I have now sent three emails, including one with a screenshot of your response to my review. That response received a reply -- but my earlier, kindly worded email expressing concern was ignored. You cannot dismiss every patient complaint as "false." That is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I have filed a formal complaint with the Virginia Department of Health Professions (DHP), released my records, and I expect a full refund for the brain mapping. -- Bailey R. Gwyn, Ind. Their communication was unclear and grammatically poor, making it difficult to understand what was being said. It came across as unprofessional and unorganized. Just a few months ago, when my stepdaughter was a patient there, the previous front office team was welcoming, respectful, and incredibly helpful. The difference now is night and day. I called last week to request medical documents, and the staff seemed unsure of how to handle a basic request. It felt like even they didn't know what the correct process was. I hope management addresses these issues, because the front office is the first impression of any practice--and right now, it's not a good one.
