Since late February, my husband has received No compensation, despite diligently attending all required medical appointments, physical therapy, and depositions. This protracted delay has imposed severe financial and emotional distress on our family. My primary concern is Mr. Frank's consistent lack of communication and apparent inaction. Attempts to obtain updates or clarity are routinely met with silence, and explicit requests for callbacks are never, fulfilled. This leaves us feeling entirely uninformed and unsupported during a critical period. The absence of any discernible progress in our case points to a clear lack of proactive engagement.
