They filed an SR22 informing the state of Pennsylvania saying I had no insurance, so The state demanded my plate back. This was AFTER State Farm sent them a letter and Fax informing them I had acquired insurance with another firm. This company is vindictive, incompetent, and so ignorant they do not return telephone calls. I you want insurance from an overpriced, ignorant and incompetent firm, buy insurance from them. BTW, the hours they advertise are deceptive,, and they don't return telephone calls......

After driving on weekends for 6 months with zero infractions, 600 miles driven, and no tickets or accidents, I used their Snapshot for the 6 months for a rate discount they were going to renew for over $700 more than my original quote. I am also a professional cab driver who drives 200+ miles a day. I said no, went back to @CreditKarma, and applied at @Geico, same policy: $36.00 a month and $260 for 6 months. While on the website, I checked my rate for a policy with the same info I gave @Geico, and @Progress quoted $400 that's $300 less for the identical policy. Now the fun part so I got @GEICO As my policy was to be renewed tomorrow I had @GEICO start my policy yesterday the 7th Friday to not have an insurance laps on the weekend the 9th tomorrow. @Geico notified them I was leaving on the 7th. I got an email from @Progressive saying that I canceled my policy early. (2 days) That there is a 50 dollar fee for an early cancelation added to my last bill which is $43.77 which isn't $50. Yet a prepaid for 6 months and only informed them I would not renew. I called them weeks ago to be sure they removed my Credit Card and was assured they received the notification from @GEICO. I called this morning about this bill they emailed yesterday to find they claimed that I cannot cancel without a penalty even though I prepaid 6 months and they got paid 2 extra days.
