I've had accounts with this bank for many years. Never had an issue. I had my mortgage with them and was pleased with the interest rate. I currently have checking, savings, and CDs. So much unnecessary stress! The moment you open an account here, expect endless issues. The app and website always have issues that either lock you out of seeing your money and transactions or don't let you use your money/ make transfers. If you call I.T., they often do not know the issue and simply wish you luck on a resolution. It's been a week of "technical issues" for me that supposedly cannot be resolved unless I visit the branch and manually take out money. And this is very far from the first time. I also get locked out of my account after 11:59 PM and on holidays, so i cannot even see my money or transaction history. Overall such an unnecessary pain. Honestly any other bank would be better than this. The amount of times I've tried to do online banking just to be told technical error is so often it's what I expect to happen now. Also for a place that offers "24/7" banking meanwhile the online service closes at 11:59 pm. Not like it worked to begin with but it isn't even actually 24/7. I called this branch about the errors I received and the person I spoke to was basically like oh well that doesn't happen so I can't help you. Open a bank account here if you plan on not being able to access your money. Also I took my dog here the one time because I saw they offer treats the teller told me they no longer give out dog treats :( . read more

I have been using this bank for years and love how friendly and warm the tellers all are. The people that work here are very helpful to. There are 2 or 3 women who are so funny and always acknowledge my dogs w lots of treats. The whole family loves heading to Citizens. read more
