The city has put a stop work order on the property until Derek goes to city hall and pulls the permit. This is outrageous for a business owner to completely ignore their customers after they've been paid. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this matter, as he knows he failed to pull the required permit and he knows he should have. Hence the reason he's ignoring me.

Called this company because my air wasn't blowing cold anymore. They sent out a technician to come…read moreand fix it. After looking everything over, he discovered it had a small leak. He recommended to put 3-4lbs of refrigerant in it. I asked him how long will it last and he replied, "It will for sure last you the rest of the year, just cant guarantee anything after that." He put 3lbs in it which costed me $416, which I was fine with paying until it quit after ONLY 12 hrs.. I called in the next day to let them know what happened. Before I said anything about it already leaking out, she told me she wouldn't recommend putting refrigerant in it until the leak is fixed. I then told her the technician already did that and told me it would last me the rest of the year FOR SURE. She said she cant speak for what he said and told me there is nothing they can do.. This guy charged me $416 knowing it would leak out and then lied to me about how long it would last just to get money.
