Established in 2022.
JamFit Manotick was created to bring family-focused fitness to the Manotick community. Founded by Kayona, Kahleel, and Lisa, this family-owned studio was born from a vision to help parents and kids stay active at the same time.
From the start, JamFit Manotick has offered kids’ Jamnastics, teen fitness, and adult classes under one roof, all in a welcoming, supportive environment. With no memberships and flexible class packs, it’s designed to fit real-life schedules.
Over the years, JamFit Manotick has become more than a gym. It’s a hub where children build confidence, adults rediscover fitness, and families connect through movement, growth, and community.
Meet the Business Owner: Kahleel S.
JamFit Manotick is proudly family-owned by Kayona, Kahleel, and Lisa. Together, they created a space where families can stay active, grow, and connect.
Kayona brings her expertise in gymnastics and marketing, Kahleel supports the vision with leadership and business development and fitness coaching, and Lisa ensures every program runs smoothly with care and attention.
Their shared passion for health, confidence, and fun drives everything at JamFit Manotick. From toddlers learning Jamnastics to adults building strength, the team’s goal is simple: make fitness welcoming, flexible, and enjoyable for the whole family.
